If you have a slab leak, this is the company to choose. This company specializes in slab leaks and it shows. I got estimates from 3 companies and Accu-Find was not only the most competitive in pricing but they also have the most experience. I did have to wait longer than I wanted to but it was worth the wait. Job completed was amazing. I'll never under-appreciate hot water again. Thank you Accu-Find!

Earlier in 2019, I had a leak in the cold pressure line and used a different service, with horrible results. I discovered a second leak in Sept and found Accu-Find and visited with them about repair options. After evaluating, I had them reroute both cold and hot water lines above the foundation through the house, to prevent any further leaks under the foundation (Irving soil is dreadful). My experience with this company was amazing. I have a two story home, they told me they thought it would take 6 days to reroute and it was exactly that. They allowed me to contribute some of my own labor by cutting holes in the sheetrock myself, since I was familiar with the walls. The price was reasonable for the services rendered and they were responsive to my requests, such as placing valves at every hot and cold location through the house as part of the job. My only regret is I could have saved a whole lot of money had I used them for my first leak. Lesson learned. I would not hesitate to use them again and they come with my highest positive recommendation.

They did two slab leak repais 2018 and it went great. Reasonable pricing. Had to get piers adjusted and they just came back out to do a leak detection test and at first it looked like a leak but they didn't give up and determined it was air in the lines not a leak. Got the air out, filled it back up and waited 45 min and NO LEAKS. So grateful.

Great! Took them less than an hour and they did great job. They even cleaned up the area they worked on thoroughly.

Excellent! From scheduling with Leanna to precisely determining the source of the leak, everyone was professional and very friendly. David and Randy showed up on the dot for our scheduled appointment. They worked quickly and were able to pinpoint our problem very quickly and efficiently. They also checked the water pressure to the house. They enjoy a great reputation and after using their services, I can see why. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had total confidence in this company from the first meeting when we received their proposal ... very accurate, professional, amazing customer service and the work was completed to our satisfaction... the city inspector was pleased with the work done... I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

A plumber and 2 helpers arrived at 9:00am, as agreed. They put shoe covers on their shoes and spread a drop cloth in the areas where they were to walk. They swept up afterwards. They cut both ends of the leaking lines at their respective manifolds. Then going through the attic, they bypassed the entire underground line with PEX line, connecting at the two places where they cut. The entire length of line was insulated. The job took about 5 hours. They did supply a city permit and arranged for the subsequent inspection. It passed.

It was well done and neatly done. Unforseen challenges were addressed nicely.

No one ever wants to have plumbing issues, but if you do find yourself with a leak under your house, I'd highly recommend calling Accu-Find to deal with it. They were on the low-end, cost-wise for diagnosis and what they charged for the work seemed reasonable, as those things go. It took longer than they initially expected, but they were on time every day and explained all that they were doing and were polite and professional.

They were great. So nice and professional and knowledgeable. They were patient and answered all my questions. They checked the entire line and found both leaks. They knew exactly where they were. They checked after the work was done and there were no other leaks. They quoted a price and let me know, up front, what charges would be if there were any surprises once they broke into the slab. There had to be a 3rd hole in the slab to get to one of the leaks and the price was what they said it would be. The work was finished in a timely manner and house was left tidy. It was so much easier than I thought it would be.

They were very responsive to my call. They were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and clean. It was a great experience under the circumstances. The only issue I had was that I had to wait a while for an appointment for the repairs as they were booked up. Everything else was top notch.

Excellent clean-as-you-go work execution; very professional; very willing to explain any aspect of the job as they went about doing the work. Straight A's on rating except for a B in responsiveness -- due to the volume of work they do, they couldn't get to me immediately, but provided a date about 10 days out when they thought they'd get to it which turned out to be accurate. Not hard to guess why all the folks were willing to wait to have Accu-Find do the work --- If I needed them again, I'd get on their "job waiting" list if they couldn't get to me right away rather than try my luck with someone else.

The water leak stopped. The job was done.

The repair went well but did not repair the holes in the walls and this was told to me before the job was started. I feel that they should have fixed the holes they made in the Sheetrock walls or at least have a list of contractors that they would reccomend.

They left some stuff messy. I did get other quotes. I got lower quotes but I wasn't as comfortable with the other people. I haven't had a problem since. I would recommend them. They had to pull up the hardwood floors and dig up the concrete. There was some dust and stuff left behind. They just didn't clean up perfectly when they left. There were at least 4 people and it took them a couple of days at least.

Went great! Managed repairs around my schedule. Did the work with minimal disruption to household and left house as clean as could be expected. I am now waiting to have tile replaced (not through Accu-find). Once complete Accu-find said they would return to reseat toilet and reconnect sink. Very professional, easy to work with and very competitive price. Would def. recommend and use again (but hope I don't have to).

First guy came out and did a complex evaluation to find the issue. Once he found it, another two guys came right out with the equipment to fix the issue. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended.

They were great! They got in and did the work cleanly. I am very happy to have had the leak fixed without going through my slab, again.

Other than the long wait-time to start the project, Accufind was great. They only charged me a service-call fee when I had them come out to find the leak because they were able to identify the location of the leak so quickly. This saved me a couple of hundred dollars and their quote was much lower than anyone else's. Quality of work was excellent. Only complaint was they forgot to get a city permit before starting work, but issue was resolved quickly.

It went well. I suspected I had a slab leak. They came out and performed leak detection services on my water line and determined I did not have a leak. (I asked them to confirm with another test and they did.) They found that I had a failed wax ring under a toilet.
