Jared was excellent! Not only was he on time, but early. We’re having a holiday party on Sunday and the office smelled terrible! (Animals having their way in there! Gross!!) But, they got everything out…I mean EVERYTHING! Back to normal again, and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. On top of that, Jared was exceptionally professional, did not nit-pick with all the extra micro-charges for every little stain. I called another company and they “could not” (re: would not) tell me what they charged for pet stains - even a general range- over the phone. Jared on the other hand was upfront about everything, honest, and knew what he was doing. He’s been with the company nearly 10 years, so I’m sure he’s seen everything!! I would absolutely have this company return (which I’ll probably need to, once the dogs come back inside….if I’m being honest ?!) I will most definitely ask for Jared. Thanks for the great service!!

I had an excellent experience with Clean Master, and in particular, Jared. I hired them to clean my 10-year-old couch that my dogs and myself have been hanging out on for 10 years. Jared got some stains out of it and made it look and smell like a 7-year-old couch. Let’s face it, no 10-year-old couch with dogs in the house will be perfect. As far as Jared goes, what a funny and nice guy who is respectful of you and your house as well as someone who takes pride in doing a good job. Thanks again, Jared!

Technicians, Jared & Colton, did an EXCELLENT job! They were prompt (on time), very courteous, and very efficient. They called about 30 min. prior to arrival. Upon arrival confirmed work to be done and pricing. Upon completion, they suggested efficiencies to aid the drying of the carpet. I would definitely recommend these guys and ask for them by name for future service. Thanks much!!

Our carpets, family room rug and sofa have been cleaned by Clean Master Carpet Cleaning three times and every time they have done an excellent job. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is cleaned properly and handled gently with care and professionalism. They even clean the pillows on the sofa. Every cleaning leaves a fresh smell that lasts for days. They are easy to book with, always on time (in fact a bit early) and they do an outstanding job each time. Clean Master Carpet Cleaning did a great job. They cleaned three rooms. The service technician called before arriving, arrived on time (early in fact) and performed the service very quickly. My carpets looked great. We had a ton of pet stains, and he was able to get them out with the standard cleaning service.

Beth was so quick to call me to schedule when I sent a message to get a quote. She worked with me to schedule out a few weeks so that it worked with my schedule. The technician called ahead, arrived on time and did the work to my satisfaction. (This was almost a month ago as I am behind on my reviews) Now that I am stuck in my house 24/7 I am especially glad that part of my annual cleaning is to have the carpets done!

It was my first time meeting Jeff. He was on time and he took his time to spray spots on carpet. He is a very sweet person. I have used this company before and I am always satisfied with their work. I will recommend them to anyone who need their carpet cleaned etc.. But this is what had me crying when he was finished. He said Ms. Dewberry I appreciate all the busy you have given me so today it's on me. You owe me nothing I cried for about 30 minutes, because he did not know that I had just purchase a new refrigerator because mine went out and the next day my gabage disposal had a leak need to be replaced but I had already scheduled for my carpet to be cleaned putting me in a hole regarding my finances. So I know he is a Godly man and God used him to answer my prayer and we didn't even talk about religion but I know he has a communicate with God. Jeff I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I will never forget the kindness you showed me on that day when I needed it the most. Excellent! Jared R called about 20 minutes before he arrived (I really appreciate that), arrived on time, cleaned 4 bedrooms, a long hallway, staircase and a living area in an hour. Everything was neat when he left. Jared was very polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend and will use again.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. It was very easy to schedule on-line and Beth is one of the few who promptly use e-mail. Keith was on time and promptly cleaned the carpets. It was refreshing that they provided the advertised service without any upsell or add-ons. Keith was exceptionally neat and didn’t leave wet areas on the adjoining tile. We had some issues with the carpet after it dried. I e-mailed Beth pictures of the areas in questions and she promptly offered to reclean any areas in question, without blaming our carpet or any other excuses. It was scheduled with a day of identifying the problem. Again, Keith was on time. He examined the areas and promptly recleaned them without any excuses. He was just as neat and pleasant as the initial visit. Our carpets look great! There were some heavily stained areas that we had given up on, but Clean Master made them look like new. Clean Master is a very professional company that provides a tremendous price value and I recommend highly.
