He went beyond the scope of his service, condensed his days to work to provide an extra day for the painter, who had changed the scope from 1 1/2 days to 2 days, cutting into the carpet installation by a 1/2 day. I'm a physical therapist. Being closed a week for this job is tough. I had a day on either end to pack and unpack. John's crew worked a very long day to get the carpet installed. Above that, when I returned to the office on Memorial Day, to prepare it for work on Tuesday, I had a lot of work to be done by me and my staff to be open the next day. My phone was not plugged in behind an enormous desk with a hutch. John and his wife came to my rescue. John moved my desk such that I could plug in my phone, correctly feed a cord from my computer through the hole in the back of the desk, and moved the furniture back. On a holiday evening he did this. Now, I must mention that choosing the carpet was a breeze. The installation looks amazing and I cannot see a single seam. The seam design program is worth any extra cost. I'm extremely pleased with my clinic and his customer service."
