My project at my 1600 sq' office included carpet and paint... and a lot of equipment. He coordinated the project with the painting company. He went beyond the scope of his service, condensed his days to work to provide an extra day for the painter, who had changed the scope from 1 1/2 days to 2 days, cutting into the carpet installation by a 1/2 day. Above that, when I returned to the office on Memorial Day, to prepare it for work on Tuesday, I had a lot of work to be done by me and my staff to be open the next day. My phone was not plugged in behind an enormous desk with a hutch. John and his wife came to my rescue. John moved my desk such that I could plug in my phone, correctly feed a cord from my computer through the hole in the back of the desk, and moved the furniture back. On a holiday evening he did this. Now, I must mention that choosing the carpet was a breeze. The installation looks amazing and I cannot see a single seam. The seam design program is worth any extra cost. I'm extremely pleased with my clinic and his customer service."
