"My foundation work involved both outside and inside piers. Inside there were jackhammers, lifting with bottle jacks, welding, and concrete work. The mess was kept to a minimum. Accurate used steel piers to reach bedrock. Concrete piers would not, a real selling feature. Just finished a few days ago, but overall the house is much better."

"I used Landscape Innovations for two projects a few weeks ago. The first was to replace my Bermuda Lawn with Palisades Zoysia and the second was to replace a generic walkway to my front door with a new Stamped Concrete walkway. Since I left a pretty mixed review for the sod replacement I feel like it is only fair to give a good review for the Concrete work done by Landscape Innovations. The removal of the "generic" concrete walkway and installation of a new stamped concrete walkway went very well and was completed in one day. They allowed me to pick the exact path that I wanted for the concrete forms and made sure that the color (red brick to match the house) was what I wanted. We are very pleased with the work and get many compliments from our neighbors on the new walkway."

He actually rebar and concrete my limestone bricks around my house and cleaned all the beds out, actually added mortar to my bricks and made a beautiful flower bed all the way around my house and he actually put water drain pipes in between some bricks so Water doesn?t pile up in my beds. "Weâ d like to say the categories of this is not Fair to Texas Green Lead in regard to our project! We got several quotes or attempted to. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. My Wife and I were hesitant at the beginning of our project but we can assure you, GERARDO and Texas Green Leaf are your top choice! From prepping, pouring and finishing the concrete work, erecting and welding the shop to building our patio extension along with the finish work. Our investment was in great hands! The best part that we appreciate is they take all projects regardless big or small and will segment them into phases! He completes one phase before starting the next which we greatly appreciate. While there was work that needed to be done on my home and my preference was to work with his company, he recommended that I work with the original contractor to maintain the warranty.
