"I had a constructional engineer come out to inspect my foundation and learned I needed 18 piers in the back of my home. After some research of the different types of piers and reviewing 6 different bids their reviews, I chose Pinnace Foundation Repair. It was not the cheapest nor the the highest bide. The reason for my chose Pinnacle was they not only repaired the foundation, but they provided a plumber to check for leaks and had another the same structural engineer company I first used to check my foundation after all work was completed. I'm glad I chose Pinnacle, for they covered the entry way so to limit the amount of dust and dirt within the rest of the home. They cleaned up after themselves and took down all of the plastic covering they put up to protect my walls and fixtures. The work was completed on time and their employees were courteous and respectful of me and my home. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the results."

"We are having an issue with the concrete footing of a pier and beam foundation on a house that is over 87 years old. I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of our foundation. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through the house and we discussed areas where the floors were slightly sloping and the two small hairline cracks in our hallway ceiling. Chad gave an honest opinion as to whether or not these issues needed addressing and the problems that might arise from fixing them. It was decided that the small issue of the minor foundation problems were not a problem and could be left alone unless something changed. 
The larger issue and the reason I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair was due to the concrete footing along one side of the house. It appears to be bowing out and causing the wood to separate from the frame. Chad looked over the area and determined that the issue would require a structural engineer to inspect. Chad was honest and up front with me and told me that he would not be able to fix the problem with the structure. He provided me with names of  engineers to contact.
