Their attention to detail was excellent, even despite the extremely hot weather (it was 104 degrees one of the days the crew was working!). I also appreciated that David checked in at the job site regularly to make sure the crew was on track, and performing the work properly. He was polite, friendly and professional. He squeezed himself into my tiny crawlspace and took amazing and accurate photos of the foundation. He showed me the pics and told me exactly what was going on, how to repair it in detail and what to expect. I had Cornerstone come out several weeks before I called Pinnacle and they gave me a totally different story that would have cost me a LOT more money! I will definitely be calling Pinnacle later this year to take care of my foundation issue."
