Their attention to detail was excellent, even despite the extremely hot weather (it was 104 degrees one of the days the crew was working!). I also appreciated that David checked in at the job site regularly to make sure the crew was on track, and performing the work properly. "I have not used the company, YET. I plan to though! Chris, the inspector who checked out my foundation was a peach. He arrived on time, even though I, myself was late! He was polite, friendly and professional. He squeezed himself into my tiny crawlspace and took amazing and accurate photos of the foundation. He showed me the pics and told me exactly what was going on, how to repair it in detail and what to expect. I had Cornerstone come out several weeks before I called Pinnacle and they gave me a totally different story that would have cost me a LOT more money! I will definitely be calling Pinnacle later this year to take care of my foundation issue."

"If you need reliable, professional masonry repair, for a fair price, done promptly, look no further thjan Homescapes. I'm fairly 'handy,' but I know my limitations. Brick work is one of them...I've been trying to mount a flagpole to an exterior wall, and have had it come down around six times - the lag screws and lead sinks just would NOT hold in the winds we get around here. Frustrating. After my latest attempt to get it mounted, I realized it was time to call in the pros. And man, did I. Alberto Pedraza was out to get eyes on the task within a half day. The next morning, his guys showed up, as promised, and got to work. They did an amazing job, not only mounting my flagpole bracket, but effectively undoing all the damage I'd (inadvertently) done to the surrounding bricks. Quality job. "We are having an issue with the concrete footing of a pier and beam foundation on a house that is over 87 years old. I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of our foundation. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through the house and we discussed areas where the floors were slightly sloping and the two small hairline cracks in our hallway ceiling. Chad gave an honest opinion as to whether or not these issues needed addressing and the problems that might arise from fixing them. It was decided that the small issue of the minor foundation problems were not a problem and could be left alone unless something changed. 
The larger issue and the reason I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair was due to the concrete footing along one side of the house. It appears to be bowing out and causing the wood to separate from the frame. Chad looked over the area and determined that the issue would require a structural engineer to inspect. Chad was honest and up front with me and told me that he would not be able to fix the problem with the structure. He provided me with names of  engineers to contact.
