"We are having an issue with the concrete footing of a pier and beam foundation on a house that is over 87 years old. I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of our foundation. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through the house and we discussed areas where the floors were slightly sloping and the two small hairline cracks in our hallway ceiling. Chad gave an honest opinion as to whether or not these issues needed addressing and the problems that might arise from fixing them. It was decided that the small issue of the minor foundation problems were not a problem and could be left alone unless something changed. 
The larger issue and the reason I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair was due to the concrete footing along one side of the house. It appears to be bowing out and causing the wood to separate from the frame. Chad looked over the area and determined that the issue would require a structural engineer to inspect. Chad was honest and up front with me and told me that he would not be able to fix the problem with the structure. He provided me with names of  engineers to contact.

"Mike met with me and provided an estimate of the job. He had really good ideas of how to lay out the plants and which ones would be good to go in a flower bed around a large tree. He also suggested replacing the border with one that looked more natural and allowed better movement when the roots around the tree shifted. He was the most reasonable in price also. I am so pleased with how it turned out. Both flower beds look great and the stone border is very nice. I would totally use Landscape Innovations again. He actually rebar and concrete my limestone bricks around my house and cleaned all the beds out, actually added mortar to my bricks and made a beautiful flower bed all the way around my house and he actually put water drain pipes in between some bricks so Water doesn?t pile up in my beds. The upgrade also included installing a 12 ft. x 3 ft. oval area which was filled with small stones with three Agave cactus, and this border was also made of natural stone.
