More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. "Every person from my initial call to the completion of the job was polite and knowledgeable. They removed my old tub and put in a new shower. Johnny explained the process, materials, and payment options before hand and answered all my questions. My installer Jaymez was very professional and worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the work. There were a lot of challenges with my old plumbing but he always knew what to do .
