If he can't make the appt. on time, he calls/texts to let you know. "Every person from my initial call to the completion of the job was polite and knowledgeable. They removed my old tub and put in a new shower. Johnny explained the process, materials, and payment options before hand and answered all my questions. My installer Jaymez was very professional and worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the work. There were a lot of challenges with my old plumbing but he always knew what to do . "Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing.
