He answered all my questions and it was clear from the get-go that he knew his stuff. The project involved removing/repairing some crumbling masonry, re-pointing several areas, expansion joints (perfectly matching the existing work), power-washing and sealing. Part 2 was acid washing and power washing and resealing a separate red tile porch with tinted sealer, which completely erased all the white hard water stains (due to potted plants) from years past.
