"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot. We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation. On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space. Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. Great customer service!!!!"

"I’ve had a clogged drain since the weekend. I had been busy and was trying to clear the problem myself. When I finally couldn’t figure the problem out I finally called around on Wednesday using the bigger companies around and no one could come out until The following Monday or next Thursday. Finally resorted to Angi, thankfully Ben Franklin picked up my stress signal and called me to schedule for a tech to come that afternoon. So relieved and scared that this problem could’ve been costly. Well, they called me about an hour later and said are you available for us to come out immediately! Yass!!!! Even more ecstatic that my situation can be seen this morning. Tech came out and immediately started working and figuring out the solution. Tim was courteous, communicable and very helpful. "I have used this company twice and both times the service as great. The owner came out on the first call and me provided me excellent service. He explained what the issue was; called for the parts and gave me the quote and scheduled to come back the next day after getting the parts. While he was at the house I mentioned another issue that I had for awhile which no one could tell me the problem. He wanted to check it out. He thought he knew what the issue was and when he came back the next day solved that problem also. YAY!! He also gave me a tip that my drain assemblies were under warranty. I ordered them and that was the second service to install them. I would highly recommend this company."
