I am trying to get warranty service, and I having trouble getting anyone to take responsibility for anything. They keep sending out folks to analyze the problem but nothing gets fixed. One service tech even tried to bill me for coming out even though it was a warranty call and he didnâ t fix anything.

I have had Carrier mini split systems installed in two homes by ARS Rescue Rooter of Austin. Installation was professional, friendly, and at better than so called "competitive" prices. The technicians were Sean and Bryce. They were prompt, courteous, iknowlegable and immediately figured out what was wrong with my water heater and resolved the problem. They are Rockstars!! I highly recommend ARS.

Hot water heater not working due to freeze. In one minute he tells me wait until it thaws on Thursday that will be $89 for service call. Wtf. You are fired. I refuse to pay. He did nothing. He never intended to do anything.
