They responded quickly to investigate the water leak in my yard. They found the leak and fixed it in a timely manner. Excellent customer relationship as they called me ahead of time to let me know when the plumber would arrive.

Great quick service, on Friday. Erik was fast and friendly with a clogged toilet and quick to diagnose root of the issue. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely will be calling for return services. Thanks y'all!

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Gustavo came out the same day due to a clogged toilet in one of our bathrooms. He ended up removing the toilet as he was concerned with scratching it with his snake and after doing so found the problem to be a foreign object (from our 3yo) wedged inside the toilet. Unfortunately he was unable to get it un-wedged from either end which forced me to have to buy a brand new toilet, but nonetheless, was very professional, understanding and helpful. Highly recommend ROD Plumbing and thanks for the help Gustavo!

Alex performed repair work on two leaking lines. Rod sent him out quickly, he went above and beyond, they stuck with their initial bid even though it took considerably more labor to perform the repair, and Alex did fantastic work. We highly appreciate and recommend their services to anyone looking for any type of plumbing help! Great personality and easy to work with. Thank you!!!

I would have give 5 stars but they were late both days that they performed service. Also it would be nice if they added "repairing sheetrock" after holes were made in to the drywall. Hunter was especially nice and dedicated to professional service.

I have used this company twice and both times the service as great. The owner came out on the first call and me provided me excellent service. He explained what the issue was; called for the parts and gave me the quote and scheduled to come back the next day after getting the parts. While he was at the house I mentioned another issue that I had for awhile which no one could tell me the problem. He wanted to check it out. He thought he knew what the issue was and when he came back the next day solved that problem also. YAY!! He also gave me a tip that my drain assemblies were under warranty. I ordered them and that was the second service to install them. I would highly recommend this company.
