    I was moving from Oregon to Texas. All Service primarily works on the west coast but they were willing to take this job. They arrived on time and loading was completed in less than 4 hours. I think most of their jobs are small to medium so they can provide a dedicated trunk. Other movers send a small trunk and then reload to a larger trunk that is shared with several customers. They arrived on time at my new house and unloading also went quickly. All of my belongings arrived in excellent shape: there was no breakage or other damage. Perhaps the price was high but this is one of those cases when you get what you pay for read less

    "The real estate market in Central Texas is on fire. I just used this moving Company two times in a row unexpectedly. Sold the house and had to vacate in an unusually rainy period. The day the house closed, had to be out by a specific time. These troopers showed up on time, ready to go, and hit it. OF COURSE it started pouring down rain within 30 minutes of their arrival and rained the entire time. I was packed and ready to go. They got to work wrapping everything, and NEVER MISSED A BEAT! They moved my belongings in literally pouring down rain, wading through running water to get from the front door to the trucks, and the team had the best attitude, while doing their best to keep my belongings dry. We were loaded up and ready to roll when the buyers arrived and proceeded to move everything into storage for several days until the next place was ready to move in. They were flexible, understanding and spot on for both moves. HIGHLY recommend their services and it was my pleasure doing business with such a jam up team, in both the office and on the move site.     these guys are the BEST!!! they helped me move across town in under two hours - everything was super quick and easy. the fact they have their own truck makes it all that much easier and hands off, too! i was a little nervous to attempt driving a uhaul (not gonna lie) so it worked out perfect. the day after my move i found a couch i loved for my new apartment at a store in town - and they were able to pick it up for me and deliver it the next day. it was a huge couch too…. a tight squeeze but they got it done and without any complaints. paying to have people help you with your move is so worth it, especially these guys. seriously will be telling everyone in austin to hire sit tight for their move - i don’t know how it could get any easier / better than them read less

Promised SAME DAY move with 3 laborers stating load time was 3 hours and furniture would be wrapped and protected. On day of move they showed up over an hour late with 2 men to load a one bedroom apartment that took 5 hours without protecting anything. Left apartment without saying a word with entire life of belongings and didn't respond to phone calls, email or texts for over 7 hours. Doing business with him is like a visit with a friend. He moved through my apartment taking notes and it seemed more like a friendly visit more than business. The estimates he gives are great. This time the estimate went down! I saved $1,159 off the original estimate. He and his crew are total professionals. They know their jobs and execute it with precision. They are totally professional and courteous. Everything was packed well and none of my possessions were damaged. They packed me, moved me and unpacked me. The move took place over a few days (5). They had stairs to go up and down at each residence and they didn't flinch. It was San Antonio HOT during the move and they made sure to keep themselves well hydrated. The crew is well organized and very efficient. They made sure to organize my possessions for the unpack to go smoothly. The unpack was painless for me. The crew unpacked and placed my things where I wanted them to go. All the boxes and packing materials were removed also.
