After the new siding was painted, the exterior looks like a new construction home. From the initial meeting with Jon, thru the construction process with Mike and Aleks and his crew, and the final walkthrough I feel that my all concerns were addressed. You can tell they really care about their work and check every detail. There was a significant delay because a winter storm hit in the middle of construction, but I was amazed at how well just the new insulation and wrap held up for a week before work was able to resume. I chose PSP because they had a competitive, detailed bid, and was also a locally owned and operated company. Due to supply chain shortages, windows were backordered for several weeks. We met Mike about 6 months ago, shortly after my FIL had passed away and my MIL could no longer take care of the house. Our goal was to sell the house.
