They were able to replace a leaky handle on a bathrom sink even though they had to go across town to find the right part. They also pumped out sludge from my disposal in the kitchen sink and now there is no backup when I run it. They were polite and knowledgeable, and cleaned up after their work. L & P returned my call within 20 minutes and they arranged for the work to be done the following day. The plumber completed the installation of a new water line to the fridge within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and very polite. They even came back the next to make sure the water line connected to the new fridge. I would recommend them and would use them again.

The plumber was great! He was able to come that day and take care of a clog and reset our toilet.

Even with a freeze bursting pipes and swamping every company out there they still came out the next day when others quoted me 3 weeks out and got my water back on very quickly...even have coupons on their website to use to help.. Will definitely use them again.

I thought I might have a leak in the yard. They came the same day I called and pressure tested for a leak at no cost. Turns out I didnâ t have a leak maybe the neighbor. They also visited with my neighbor. Super nice, very efficient. Sent me a video showing the line was holding pressure. I wasnâ t home at the time the performed the test. Had them also check the sewer lines since the house is from 1959. Again I wasnâ t home and they emailed my bill at the agreed price. Also fixed a faucet in the house on a subsequent visit. They talked to me about the tankless hot water heater as I only recently purchased the home. I really appreciate the time they took explaining what they were doing. I appreciate their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services. Hope I donâ t have new issues but will be calling them if I do.

Adding another five-star review to the pile. Last year I made a mistake trying to install a new bathtub faucet to my guest bathroom and I called a few different plumbers to come and do things correctly. L& P quoted me a very reasonable price so I went with them. Fabian showed up on time, took one look at my problem and then gave me some options on what he could do. Because it was not terribly urgent and we were not sure if we were going to be remodeling he recommended that we just cap the pipe for the time being. After doing so (and re-installing a shower head so it worked better) he refused payment because it was such a simple job. I promised that when I did decide on what direction I would take he would be the person I would hire. Skip forward a year and I called Fabian to come back out to fix the plumbing completely. Again, the guy was on point every possible way. The faucet is now working flawlessly and the work was reasonably priced. I can not recommend L&P Plumbing enough. As long as I live in the Austin area, they will be my go to for anything plumbing related. Update: I hired L& P to come back and install a vanity or me. Alex showed up and custom fitted the plumbing to work with a somewhat difficult shelving configuration. He was excellent as was his work.

I went into the deal wanting to do a tankless hot water heater. The person who checked out the situation and did the estimate guided me back to a tanked HW Heater. Given my situation without any gas access this was the correct decision since electric tankless water heaters don't work very well. Good advice and good work. Job well done.
