On Point Tree Service - The Woodlands

Arrived within several hours after request put in computer. Took down 2 trees, and cleaned up. I asked them to cut it low to ground so mower wouldn't hit stump. Failed this last request.

The lead crew member was bilingual so we were able to communicate. They took down the tree and hauled away the branches and cut up the trunk for me to use as firewood. A quality job for a reasonable price.

Right on time and didnâ t waste any of my time or to completing the job.

They were very efficient. They left my yard in great shape. No surprises. I would hire them again without reservations.

The tree removal took 3 days. They said they would replace the broken lawn sprinkler, solar outside lamp, and gree water plate cover. The owner came took pictures of the broken green water plate cover and took the solar broken light and has yet to replace or return to discuss anything. I with kept $40.00 from the total payment on the $1,800.00 for the Job. Thinking I was covering the cost of the sprinkler and water cover. But I'm still out the solar light. No word yet from the owner of the company.

They came out and got tree down safely even with stuff all around it in the way.

The crew was able to be at my house and removing limbs within a couple of hours after initially talking to them. They went above and beyond cleaning up all the left over leaves and other little pieces of brush. Highly recommend!

Did not follow instructions. Focused on the wrong side of the tree. Did not remove limbs over the area needing sod but cut off branches providing shade to patio instead. Terrible communication.

My experience was great. I was surprised that the crew was able to get me within hours after coming out giving me an quote. I was able to bundle the work I had done for a very good price. I look forward to using them again.

Did a good job removing the tree and all the branches. Cut the tree on day one and removed the branches. Removed the tree (logs) on day three and did the stump grinding as well. Required a couple of follow up calls to make sure I was on their schedule to remove the logsâ ¦just a vehicle coordination issue but nothing major.

Did not complete stump removal left piles of chippings, tree crew rutted the yard by driving off the pavement. Did not repair damaged area.

They did a great job cutting down the tree. But I wish they would have cleaned up all the branches.

no damage done in a very difficult job. Strengths- Skillful teams and good equipment. efficient works. The final score would be 5.0 except a less perfection for clean-up work.

Iâ m so glad I hired them . Ubaldo was very nice and explained everything to me . The crew did not speak English too good but we understood each other. They were very nice and HARD WORKING men.... great company

It was definitely cheaper than competitors. Came out on short notice. Did the job and were gone.
