"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. If not, it helps to be able to text Rosi, who usually texts back right away. In fact, texting is how I almost always communicate with Rosi to help with the language and understanding.
