Completely unprofessional. Did not return phone calls or emails. Installers showed up, never rang the doorbell or introduced themselves. They installed the wrong gates, the fence spindles were completely uneven and the fence corners didn’t line up. I called the company to inform them this was unsatisfactory and I wasn’t paying them until it was fixed, and they didn’t even have the decency to call me back to discuss the matter. Completely reprehensible

Cody was very responsive and gave us an estimate. The cost came right in at the estimated price and the crew installed the fence in a very timely manner and on time. I would recommend Volunteer Fence to anyone.

They put the fence up quickly in one day. Repairs were needed immediately after. Got stood up multiple times but after 2 months and coming out 3 times they finally finished the repairs.

It went amazingly well! I would call him if we need any fence repairs in the future!

It was an interesting experience. They installed the fence backwards and had virtually completed it before I found out. They made appointments and did not show up three times. I said I want the stringer board for the neighbors and put the picket fence for them instead.  I finally said you guys need to come back and turn them around. They ended up cutting the cost substantially and leaving it as is. The person I talked to throughout was the salesperson not the person on the job and he has such a heavy accent I could hardly understand him. They did do a nice job, the fence looks gorgeous but they did it wrong. They were much less expensive then other peers. They used nails not screws which I was not thrilled about. They never came when I was there. I would use them again but I would clarify things about 4 times with them.

I called around several vendors and had several quotes from all of them. While Volunteer wasn't the cheapest they provided the quickest response to all questions and promptly return my calls. They set a date/time for the installation and were right on time, early actually. The crew came out and install the fence in two days and did a great job. The fence looks great and we are very pleased with the service provided. The workers were not keen on keeping us up to date on progress which might bother some but it did not us. They did the job and left without notice which is fine by me. 
The cleanup was a little sloppy as I found several cases from the nail gun and left tools but it is not a big deal. I cleaned it up easily and am thankful for the hard work they put in to make this beautiful fence a reality. I highly recommend using Volunteer fencing for your fencing needs as they exceeded my expectations by a long shot.

UPDATE: the company took my order and installed the fence very quickly. UNFORTUNATELY, when issues arrived with my fence, the company failed to come out and fix the problem. After making many contacts with the owner and was given many promises that someone would be out to fix the fence... it has been 3 weeks now and they will not answer any of my phones call since Oct 31st. I have left my gate unlocked many times in the hopes that they would come and fix it. Which I was told to do by the owner.. I highly do not recommend this company.... once they have their payment they are GONE!! and probably take a court order to get them back to fix anything.

This review is a mixed bag.  Volunteer installed our fencing 2 years ago.  There were mixups on their part with the ordering.  After weeks of calling and waiting, we finally went to their place of business and spoke with them directly.  They were apologetic but that did not install the fence.  When the workmen finally arrived, the job was quickly completed.  The fence looks great.  We've recently run into trouble with one of the gates closing.  Although we have called twice and spoke with a representative and were promised action, no one has arrived.  We called again this morning and hopefully will have someone here in a day or two.  The final product is what we wanted but the effort to get there may be more than it is worth.

We contacted them on Friday and they came out Monday for the quote, completed the job on Thursday. The sales person who wrote up the quote was wonderful-he was very friendly, arrived on time, he quickly understood our custom order, very professional and just a nice guy. The quote was better than two other quotes we got - one was much higher and the other company had a creepy quality. We immediately felt comfortable with this company. They estimated Friday or the next week to do the job, but were able to get to us a day early. The two gentleman on the job were exactly what I had hoped for - experienced, prompt, polite, professional, great sense of humor, and just plain nice. We needed the gates to open in an unusual manner, and they made it work. I usually dread it when we have work done, but this was a great experience and I wish they did every type of job so I could use them all the time! We couldn't wait to write this review - we like them that much!

Jim came out the same day I called and measured and bid, giving two prices for galvanized and black. Jim called the next morning and said "I can send a crew right now if you want" Saturday morning the crew came out and set the posts. Monday the weather was wet so they came out today, Tuesday, April 8 with a rather large crew and in a few hours they were finished.
I had a coupon for a free gate which they honored. Would I recommend or use them in the future? Yes, in a hot minute!
Their bid was a bit higher than everyone else's, but I got what I paid for, a nice looking fence at a fair price.

Great experience. Came when they said they would and at the quoted price. Very friendly and professional.

Met with Kenny 2 days after calling for a quote and he was very friendly and knowledgable. I had 4 quotes done using all the same materials and they came in the lowest. They removed an old fence and put up a new fence that looks great and is exactly what I was told it would be. Could not be happier. Front of house and one long side completed with two gates a was able to tie into neighbors on side and back. Would use again.

Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with our experience with Volunteer Fence.
