I've had my carpets cleaned by them for years but I've about decided I'm not going to call them back this year. I've worked with them for years and years and it's the same people, I don't know if they were just in a hurry that day but I was really surprised after they left. I move what furniture I can. When my husband was here, we pretty much everything out of their way even though we weren't required to. This time, I moved everything out of the way except the 2 big lounge chairs. They're supposed to move furniture that they can. After they left I realized they had not moved the chairs. Since they had kind of been pushed forward a  little bit, they were actually sitting on the dirty spot what I really wanted cleaned. I did call and complain to them about it and told them I was very unhappy with that. They did offer to come back and redo it. I think they would have made it right. I was just very surprised it happened in the first place because I was very familiar with the actual people that came. I don't know, I may call  to have them come back one more time this year and just talk to them about all that first and see what I think after they leave this time. Overall, through all the years they have been a really good company. It may have been a rushed day or something for them. The price is very reasonable. The people have always been very nice. I didn't find anything wrong with their attitude on anything. Speaking from all the times they've come I'd probably give them an A. They've always been very responsive. They usually call me about a year or sometimes 6 months, but always at least a year later and offer me a special in the neighborhood. That's when I have them come do it. They've always been punctual.

Quality material, friendly staff

Our experience was great. The installers were professional, very helpful, and gave great customer service. They were quick as well, the work was completed in one day. Kate, our sales rep, was a great communicator and always got back to me promptly. She worked with us on the install date because we had to change it at the last minute. She was also able to give me several options within my budget and that was very helpful.

I was very satisfied with the carpet and installation.  My only concern was the berber carpet which I chose.  I had previously had berber in the family room and had no problems, but my dog has caught this carpet in a couple of places.

range.  Kate's knowledge and expertise was appreciated.  The installers
were friendly and thorough and cleaned up the room perfectly.  We will
use NCC in the future.  Price was competitive and service exemplary.

Excellent service & quality!

Sales was not high-pressure and price was competitive with other places I looked. Salesman came to my home within a day or two to measure and provide estimate. Carpet arrive on time...as it turned out, I had house-guests  for several weeks and didn't want it installed during their stay, and there was no problem with the seller holding the carpeting in their warehouse. The installation crew was stellar---SO fast---4 bedrooms, 2 baths and multiple closets all done within 5-6 hours---and great clean up as well. I'm very happy and will use again if needed.

We went and picked out the carpet and they came and delivered and laid it for us. The people were great.

We bought an older home that was in desperate need of new carpet in two rooms. After pricing out 3 various carpet wholesalers in Nashville we decided to go with Nashville Carpet. They were the most affordable priced & were quick to respond. We were in a huge time crunch, wanting to get the carpet down before moving later that week. We purchased the carpet on Monday, Judy came to our house that afternoon to measure & we were had it installed on Friday before our Saturday move. The installer was very professional & did a great job!
This company will not rip out old carpet, so just be aware that if you go with them, you will have to do that work yourself, which was not hard. We had that completed within a few hours & it saved us a good amount of money.

;)  My experience with Nashville Carpet center was amazing. They had given me an estimate to re stretch my carpet in the bonus room. When they came out exactly on the date and time they said. They realized that the room was bigger than they thought and had to make an appointment to come back to finish the job. They stuck by their original estimate. Again they came back exactly when they said they would and they did a wonderful job of making the carpet lay flat and look like new again. I would highly recommend this company. They were honest, professional, and the work was excellent.

We are extremely pleased with the carpet and the quality of the carpet.  It was the MESS left by the installers once the job was finished that we were VERY UNHAPPY about!!  Grease marks all over the walls and the white doors where they had to remove them from the hinges and then re-hang them once the carpet was laid.  You would think someone in that business would be aware that door hinges are greased so that they move easily and don't squeak, but it was more than obvious they were oblivious to their hand prints all over my doors and walls.  It took somewhere in the range of 3 to 4 hours to clean the prints from the multiple surfaces that they touched.  My advice:  Buy your carpet from Nashville Carpet Center.......DO NOT LET THEM HIRE THE CARPET LAYERS FOR YOU!!!!

I worked with Greg McNabb, and every interaction was professional. Our first interaction was over the phone (I was getting estimates while out of town). Our second meeting was in the showroom. Mr. McNabb took the time to ask questions and evaluate what my wife and I needed for the house.  He then educated us about different options we had and showed us various options within our budget. We left the showroom with a few samples.
The next day, Greg came out to the house for a measurement.  Again, he was professional and quick.  We met with him the following day at his office for a final estimate. He explained what he would order, how the carpet would be cut, and how the installation process would go.  
We had the carpet installed while I was out of town, so a family member let the crew in and inspected the work after it was finished. When I got into town, I was very pleased with the carpet installation. Greg even saved the leftover carpet from our installation and we have the option to use it later for runners downstairs.  I recommend Nashville Carpet Center to anyone in the market for new flooring.

Very well

I needed a runner for my stairs so my 60 pound dog would go up and down!  I saw the gorgeous wool runner here, but did not want to pay that amount. The sales woman then led me to a synthetic that was 1/3 the price and still looked good.  The installation man was on time but it did take a bit longer than he thought because it had to be pieced at the top where the stairs turn, but that was worth it.  It looks great.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They had a large selection of carpets. If there were any problems they took care of them immediately. There was one time the carpet got unglued after they installed it. I called them and they came right out and fixed it.
