Brian was very friendly. He did an excellent job. My carpet was pretty filthy & after he was through it looked brand new. He made the pet stains disappear too. Also it smells really nice. I would definitely recommend Brian & On Call Carpeting.

I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new.
