They did a great job!

It went as well as I had hoped.

They do great work, including pre-treating, giving extra attention to high wear areas, etc. I've never had anyone better.

Items were ready, but I was not contacted for several weeks due to a computer glitch. Area rug had to be sent back to re-clean two more times, as it had spots in different places when it was returned. The third time it looked brand new. Though it took a bit of persistence, the rug looked brand new in the end. Very pleased!

The time took a little bit longer than the salesman said, but I had approximated it very well. Carpets (of two different ages) look great. A few stains on the upholstery did not come out, and look worse. In fairness, I do not know how old the stains are since I inherited the furniture recently.

It was pricey. Very professional.

Coit was quick to schedule the work, arrived within the time window specified, called prior to arrival, and did a good job cleaning the carpets.  Probably could have saved a few dollars if I had shopped around or been willing to wait a week, but Coit was quick to respond and did a great job.  This is the second time I've used Coit.  I can depend on them to be responsive and do a good job.

The end result was good.  But the first cleaning of the shag rug was not adequate, but the Coit team also recognized this and volunteered to take this back for recleaning.  Upon it's second delivery, the rug looked good.  The carpets were cleaned well, and they came back to remove the puckers in carpet that developed upon the first cleaning.  We were pleased with the professional attitude of the Coit crews.

Gentleman was very nice and knew his skill very well. He did a good job.  The office people were great to deal with. The follow-up and responsiveness was superb. They gave the lowest estimate, and I was pleased with the work. Stains I had worked on over and over and even tried to get out with rental carpet cleaners myself all came out!  I would definitely recommend and use again. A great job at a great price.

Really well.  The technician asked lots of questions about my carpet.  I had pet stains and he asked how long they'd been there and what, if anything, I had done to try to clean them.  He explained what he was going to do and that he was confident he'd get the stains out.  And then he did!  The carpet looked great and smelled fresh.
The only slight negative, and it was very slight, was that he came late in the delivery window and did not call to let me know he was on his way.

They called and wanted to come at 12:30, even though I was told that they would arrive 2:00 -  4:00 when I made my appointment. I told them that they could come on, though it wasn't a convenient time for them to clean the carpet. They added $45.00 because of pet stains which I agreed to pay.  They didn't get up a few of the pet stains. They said that they couldn't get those stains to come out. I used a pet stain solution after they left and was able to get up those stains.  I wouldn't have paid the extra $45.00 if I had known that I would be the one having to work. on the tough stains.

They had to come back twice. They were happy to do that. The first time they came back it was because they missed a spot from the carpet. When they had moved the furniture around, it got put on top of the areas that need attention. They didn't see them before they leave. We had laid custom tile and there were spots all over the tile that didn't come out at all after the buffing and cleaning of it. That was the main reason of them coming back. They attempted to do a light acid wash to get the spots off. I believe it was a result of after the insulation of the tile and the mortar that goes in between. It sat there after the installer wiped it but yet for some reason, it just created stubborn spots. They just weren't able to get that up the first time. The guy left when the floor was still wet assuming that it was going to be taken care of. After it dried, they were still there. Somebody told me to try vinegar. I went down there with some towels and vinegar and going one by one with the ceramic. I don't really blame Coit for not being able to resolve it the first time. I thought the price was pretty reasonable. We had some other estimates from some other companies and they were a bit higher. That's one of the reasons we chose Coit because they were giving us probably one of the better prices. I know he worked hard. He was in sweat before he left. Not that he didn't do his job. I was just surprised they didn't have a better solution to my problem. I wasn't real happy with how they responded. When they were here they did their best to their ability. They had a professional attitude. I don't believe I would use them again.

Based upon positive reviews on Angie's List, we contacted COIT.  The scheduling process with the Nashville office was quick and easy.  The technician called 30 minutes prior to scheduled time and then arrived at the scheduled time.  He examined the chair, explained the cleaning process, and reviewed the cost.  I agreed to the treatment and he quickly completed the removal of the ink from the chair.  We were very happy with the service provided by the technician and the entire COIT team.  We will use them for future cleaning needs!

I've used Coit for about seven or eight years, and it always does excellent work for fair prices.  Furthermore, they were able to remove several problematic stains, and the cleaners were timely as well as courteous.  They do like to try and upsell however.
