Rogers Building is a family owned business started in Nashville in 1960. In the beginning, Rogers Building installed and serviced elevators all throughout Nashville. Now we have branched out to include General Construction.

"Initially, I was happy that Michael from Rogers Flooring reached out and was able to meet our quick deadline. He assured me they would get it done in time and he would let me know if there were any issues. He seemed honest enough and kept me updated. He met our deadline and got the carpet installed. The issue was with the execution. When we walked through the home, we immediately noticed multiple issues with the carpet install--stains on brand new carpet, seams in the middle of rooms already coming apart, carpet patterns going in different directions, a lot of frayed edges and carpet already coming up. It really looked like whoever installed it had no idea what they were doing. Naturally, we called Michael and kindly listed our complaints. At this point I had already paid him $1,500, which was most of the bill. When we confronted him, he informed us that his installer had never worked with this type of carpet and admitted they were not qualified to do it. He also admitted they did not have the right tools to do the job. He did not mention this once during the process or before starting his work. I have since reached out again and asked for our money back, and have not gotten any response from him. When I try to look up the company (Rogers Flooring) I find nothing. There is no address on the quote he provided, and his phone number is the only one on there. Maybe they are good with other types of flooring but we are extremely disappointed with how our carpet turned out, that he is not resolving it, and the fact that Angi recommended this company for carpet installation."
