"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."

"Kathy gave me advice on how to proceed which was what I was looking for. Our first conversation was on July 29th and the job was done on August 19. I was hoping to match my existing hardwood. However Kathy was upfront that this is very difficult to do as existing hard wood in my living/dining/kitchen is 15 years old and has aged. Kathy provided a sample that I agreed seemed to blend well. Now that the floors are installed, you can tell that it is different wood in the bedrooms, but I feel like Kathy was upfront about this. If I ever need to rearrange the schedule, Rosi is very responsive, even on short notice. She's very accommodating. It's true, communicating is a little difficult with the language, but, there's usually one person on the cleaning crew that can understand if I have a special request or question. If not, it helps to be able to text Rosi, who usually texts back right away. In fact, texting is how I almost always communicate with Rosi to help with the language and understanding.
Some people may say that her pricing is high, but, compared to others I've tried, you can always count on Rosi's cleaning to be excellent and professional every time.
