"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."

However Kathy was upfront that this is very difficult to do as existing hard wood in my living/dining/kitchen is 15 years old and has aged. Kathy provided a sample that I agreed seemed to blend well. Now that the floors are installed, you can tell that it is different wood in the bedrooms, but I feel like Kathy was upfront about this.
