Unbelievably thorough! Highest quality! Amazing results! Len Creech came recommended by a friend who had used his services. I gave him a call and he came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me a highly detailed estimate. We discussed the problematic areas and how he would approach the cleaning. While his estimate was higher than what I had received from a competitor who did a mediocre job, I am happy to report that his service was worth every dime. He spent a total of 8-10 hours on the job and our carpet literally looks brand new! I cannot recommend him highly enough. The old adage you get what you pay for is true. I paid more than the mediocre service (out of respect I am not naming them), but my results were fantastic! Do not waste your time on other carpet cleaning services! Hands down the best I have EVER had! Happy to more than highly recommend him to all! You won’t be disappointed!

I had renters with a pet who did not take care of the upstairs carpet. I had already spent about 6 hours with a rented carpet cleaner trying to clean the room, but still had lingering pet odors and visible discoloration. I was almost to the point of replacement, but the carpet was a decent grade and only 2 years old. When I called Len, he was most helpful and diagnosed the situation quickly. His response was prompt and the service was performed in a very timely manner. When he was done, the carpet looked and smelled near new. Len also placed sufficient fans and air movers to dry the carpet very quickly. Next time, I will call Len first and skip the HD rental unit and wasting my own time. I would highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning needs.

I had a very good experience. He was very pleasant and wanted to make sure I understood what he would do and how it worked. The professionalism was top notch and he did a very good job. He is very thorough and takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend or to use again.

It went well.  Len is very knowledgeable regarding carpet cleaning, and he was helpful with information on cleaning up spills. There were several significant stains that he removed that have not returned after several months. The dirt returned quickly to a small but high traffic area. Len returned to re-clean that area at no charge.

As other reviewers have said, Len is a total professional. He knows his business and is passionate about it. Yes - passionate about cleaning stains and doing the best job at it. He always returns emails/calls promptly, and shows up in person promptly after. He cleaned my pale yellow chairs of splattered red wine stains and they are perfect once again. I will never use anyone else for this type work.

I used them for a rental property that I was moving out of. I had a pet there, and I wanted to make sure that the stains were completely removed. He was honest with me, and said that they looked very clean, and there wasn't much need to do it. He said there was no need to do it, but if I wanted, he would do it, I appreciated that he was upfront with me. He was recommended to me by a neighbor.

I call Mr. Creach with concerns of a pet stain/odor in our rental house. I was thinking about changing the whole carpet. He took a good amount of time to explain all my options to me and ways to save money. He clearly knows alot about carpet and appears passionate about what he does. he then took the time to come to the house late on a Sunday evening because it would be easier to see any possible stains on the carpet with his blacklight when it was dark out. He again took the time to explain all our options to my husband and possible causes for the smell. He never once tried to sell me or my husband anything, and in fact we did not pay him anything for his time and expertise, both of which we greatly appreciated and saved us a great deal of expense. Turns out the carpet is not really smelling anymore, as he had predicted!
If we have any carpet issues in the future I will not hesitate to call him. He is as honest and detail oriented as they come!

I contacted Mr. Creech for an urgent cleaning for a sale of my home.  He even went without sleep to finish cleaning my carpets so I could put it on the market sooner.  We had been told we would have to give a carpet allowance for the sale of our home.  Thanks to Mr. Creech, no carpet allowance was even asked for.  He is nearly a miracle worker.  WOW!!!  He spent many many hours on the carpets.  When he cleans them, they are clean.
He came when he said he would come.  He gave me the price of everything he said he would need to do to clean the carpets.  He told me up front he was more expensive than most carpet cleaners, but I was desperate.  My neighbor had used him and she gave him a glowing recommendation.  I knew about the price for every treatment he would need to do to get the stains out.  He even explained in advance that if the treatment didn't work to get the spot out, I would not be charged for the special pre-treatment of the spot. 
I have nick-named Mr. Creech  "Mr. Textile."  He is exceedingly knowledgeable regarding carpets and any textile you can imagine.!!!!
He even changed my light bulbs and my air filters.  He even has a dog to sniff out animal odors to check an area where he has cleaned. 
My carpets which are 20 years old looked GREAT!!  All hail Complete Carpet Care,  LLC  Nashville.  I am telling everyone I know to use Complete Carpet Care, LLC and use Mr. Len Creech.

Amazing service! We were moving and didn't realize the new house's carpets were terribly dirty. We called Len on the afternoon prior to the move and Len came over at about 6PM, gave a very precise estimate of every room. He stayed at the house until 1AM using a very intricate cleaning system. He was able to get out a very large stain that we think was an old paint spill. He removed old melted wax and years worth of grime and dirt. The finished product was well worth the money we paid, but the customer service warranted far more... however I offered to pay him extra and he respectfully declined! 
     I *highly* recommend this service... and when you meet Len make sure to ask him about some of his other aspects of his job, which include being an expert witness on textiles, etc for court cases among other cool jobs!

Len was very professional, friendly, and did a great job. He also took the time to educate us on better ways to care for our carpet. I will definitely use this company again for any carpet cleaning/repair needs,

Three day process:

Day one - Furniture moved and enzyme treatment began.

Day two - Actual cleaning of the three areas and appropriate air quality and temperature set for overnight drying.

Day three - Areas inspected for overall dryness and cleanliness. Company discovered two areas that did not rinse well and redid them. I was very appreciative of their concern and quality for my home.

Returned several hours later for final inspection. All went well.

No furniture or walls were damaged. All furniture was returned to its position and reassembled.
The carpet was stretched and is in better shape than it has been in years. No odor or stains present.
The company had to use my kitchen and bathroom for water access, etc., and all areas were left clean and orderly.

Event-free process which as resulted in a clean bedroom and a satisfied customer.

overall, the work was better than I expected.
One thing he mentioned that seems to make sense to me is that he can work with a stain much better if he is the first to treat it. other unsuccessful tries just exacerbate the problem.

We used Len Creech with Complete Carpet Care LLC to stretch the carpets in 3 rooms of our home.  Upon Len's initial visit he thoroughly explained  his process and exactly how the carpets got stretched out of place.  We also decided to have him clean our carpets after he stretched them.  The carpets looked brand new when he was done.  Len is a very conscientious person and very detailed oriented.  He found a leak in our closet wall and immediately went into action to determine the cause of the leak in order to let us know.  Len and his crew moved all the furniture in the rooms and there was only one accidental mishap when a piece of furniture scratched our hardwood floor in the kitchen area.  Len would not accept payment until the floor had been completely repaired at his cost and to our satisfaction.  Len is a very honest and reliable business owner.  We always felt confident in his knowledge and in his process.  We will definitely use Len again and refer him to all our friends and family.

They were very complete, they answered all my questions and they made sure they understood what I was expecting.

Easy to work with, punctual, and you get the feeling Len really knows his stuff and is very passionate about his profession. He did a great job, and I will have him back soon to clean my carpets.

Mr. Creech did a good job - was very thorough and cleaned all carpet areas in the new house. The house we purchased had prior pets and he tested for urine and treated for that as well. I'm not a carpet expert but carpet smells/feels clean and it seems like he did a good job. His pricing is more than other companies but based on the quality, it seems like it is worth it.

They arrived promptly, handled my possessions as if they were their own, and cleaned completely and with great care. They cleaned up the extensive equipment and asked where exactly to replace decorations and furniture. I am very pleased.

We have a home with a 17 year old wall to wall nylon carpet that we were contemplating replacing soon. However, with company coming within a few weeks we decided to have our current carpet cleaned before their visit. Len Creech's work absolutely amazed both me and my husband. The carpet looks far better than either of us had ever dared hope it could. We now plan to keep it for several more years and plan on calling Len back for additional cleanings before we purchase anything new. Len was polite, personable, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about carpets and their care and cleaning. The only downside to our experience was the length of time the cleaning took but it was due to Len being thorough, so it was worth it in the end.

I travel frequently due to my job so Len was very flexible with his schedule so the work was performed while I was out of town. Len kept my house secure during this time and the job was completed on time and the rooms were neat and tidy. Len actually met me when I returned to go over the repairs and then followed up with a phone call the next day to see if I had any concerns or questions. I was very impressed with Len's knowledge, professionalism , and the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to use Len again for carpet stretching, repairs and I look forward to see how he cleans carpets.

He did an excellent job. He was professional and knew his information really well. He even lifted finger nail polish. He moved furniture and put it back when finished. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Len gave me the highest quote (and stuck to it) for the job, but I was very impressed by his reputation and knowledge. He was also the most flexible in terms of timing, so he got the job. Len explained in detail what I could expect from the cleaning and, more importantly, what I should not expect. He was very upfront and honest about everything based on the type of carpet and its age/wear. He thoroughly answered every question I asked.

Len came in on a Friday afternoon to repair a bad spot in the carpet, then came in the next day (Saturday) to perform the cleaning. He spent nearly 12 hours on the cleaning, and the end result was better than I had expected. While there's no way to undo years of age and wear, Len was able to get the carpeting looking good. I don't think anyone else could have done as good a job.

Len also offered to help me out on future carpet purchases so I can buy the best carpet for my next house.

I contacted Len in February and we communicated by phone and email. We made an appt. for him to review with me in person what was needed, and to provide a quote. Len took measurements, appraised the carpet condition and we discussed in detail exactly how he would approach the cleaning of my carpets. Len knows carpets and cleaning; I couldn't believe what he showed me using his specialized equipment. I didn't have a clue why the edges of my carpets seemed to attract those dark lines. Believe me - Len gave me a lesson in "carpet filtration". Len is professional, personable and precise and I mean precise. You will know at the end of your meeting a good deal more about carpets, and how to maintain them in good condition than you did prior to meeting Len. Len arrived on time on the day of cleaning. He protected the adjacent flooring by laying coverings. A good deal of equipment was brought into the house, but with a minimum of fuss. And he protected everything that might have been affected by the carpet cleaning. When Len left, my home smelled wonderful and fresh, like the outside and the carpets look new after 5 years of wear; the difference is very noticeable.
