The material was labor & time intensive and not the easiest of installs. It however, was very well executed. Jim and Santana were a pleasure to work with, especially when I had questions or concerns as to what would be the end result. They very much had it under control, and explained everything very well. When a very minor issue revealed itself, Jim was responsive in fixing it. I had no concerns with them being in my home when I wasn't there. That was immensely helpful to me, as was the level of neatness and clean up. I would definitely hire again, and look forward to Personal Touch doing my future tile projects."
