The material was labor & time intensive and not the easiest of installs. It however, was very well executed. Jim and Santana were a pleasure to work with, especially when I had questions or concerns as to what would be the end result. They very much had it under control, and explained everything very well. When a very minor issue revealed itself, Jim was responsive in fixing it. I had no concerns with them being in my home when I wasn't there. That was immensely helpful to me, as was the level of neatness and clean up. I would definitely hire again, and look forward to Personal Touch doing my future tile projects."

"These guys are AWESOME! 1st my bathroom subfloor and beams were soaked total disaster. We decided to redo everything tile on shower, walls and floor. New shower new tub. They fixed the floor, reinstated, new beams. Put in new flooring orange waterproofing. Very professional. These guys gave me a fair price showed up early never late and worked like machines all day.
