They did a great job. In and out in a day!

The first installers performed quality work and cleaned up after. The next day a new set of installers came to finish up and sawed the flooring on our front porch of our new house (we had not moved in yet) and saw dust was left in our flower bed. Empire customer service did not make it right nor offer to re-mulch the flower bed. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

This install team did a lot of damage to my walls, door frames, driveway. They also did not respect my need to have a safe place for my pets. They forced the job to be done in one day which was not best for my situation.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read the other reviews before I hired them. No way should this company be rated a 4. Angi, remove them from your site. I have been waiting for months for a resolution to a very poorly installed carpet and LVT. Huge gaps under the baseboards, transition strips were never installed properly, stairs were so bad that I had to remove the carpet it again myself. If I could post pictures I would. Empire has no customer service. They are rude and disrespectful.

Very pleased with guys who installed my hardwood floor!

It wasnâ t a good one . The installer walked in my door demanding to be paid before he would start the job . Then he told me after he received the check that the work will not be a 100 percent done but it would be 90 percent. After the work was done it 65 percent done correctly. They platter cement dots on the ceiling from putting down vinyl. They had to put 2 strips down to hold the vinyl in place . One door way they didnâ t nail it down. They threw cement on my grass by the ramp with wood left. It is hard to find people who can do vinyl. They did fix one area that was done correctly.

Rushed through the job, baseboards and floor has gaps at the doorways and the stairs. A so-so job!

Did a great job on my flooring, removed all old flooring.

I have been waiting weeks for this review to come up. These guys are awful, just plain awful. I waited 2.5 hrs, they promised they would be at my house, which is my second house. So I drove 45 mins, as well as leaving work early, to wait for someone who NEVER SHOWED. I am extremely appalled at the way they have handled this. I called them and they said to send them an email. This was weeks ago. Nothing. Absolutely nothing from this pack of pathetic excuse of a business. I will continue to reach out to them and bad mouth their social media until I am compensated for it. I am absolutely disgusted at them and have told as many people as I can. The problem should be made public. That is what I have been doing. Remove these people from your list of pros.

They do good job

The young men who did the work did an excellent job. My only complaint (suggestion) was that someone from the company accompany them to explain the paperwork and introduce them. The lead man spoke poor english so that could have gone a little smoother. but they hit the ground running and did an excellent job.
