I am a Christian to be honest and responsible with fearing God. I had sound experience to finish entire basements, renovate floors, painting interior and exterior houses. I have good knowledge and repairing experience of flooring, plumbing, electronics, appliances, HVAC systems and pumps. As a realtor, I saw many properties with water damage issues. As a reward for you to read my introduction, my advise is that please be ware of any mold or wet spots, paint peeling, cracks of the interior or exterior of your property, which likely indicate you have water leaking or drainage issues. I highly recommend you take early action to stop leaking and direct drainage away from your property well, meanwhile repair those damages with peace.

Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications.
