They fixed the floor, reinstated, new beams. Put in new flooring orange waterproofing. Very professional. These guys gave me a fair price showed up early never late and worked like machines all day. The 3 art niches in our home didn't match our decor so we wanted them removed to hang family photos and artwork in those areas. Similarly to the art niche work, we also had a 2nd level balcony that overlooked the den we felt was unsafe for our children so we wanted it filled in, also. Randy and his team installed the framing and drywall perfectly and the areas now match the rest of the walls seamlessly. 
Randy also moved 2 power outlets, 2 cable outlets and 1 telephone outlet for us for a better location of our TV, Phone and Internet connections. Those jobs were also done with great professionalism.
