The tile and grout were not as clean as I hoped; when I wiped the floor my rag came up black, and there were flecks of dirt and stains clearly visible that easily came off with a rag. My boyfriend says I need to more clearly define my expectations, and it may be true that my expectations were unreasonable for the service I paid for. But I think professionals who specialize in one task should do as good as or a better job than I would... To their credit, they did call to verify my satisfaction, but I had left town right after the service and my 5 day window was up before I looked closely at the floor..."

"Everything installed looked good, used panel sheets for shower walls. The only issues we had was the shower could have been wider from entry glass door to back wall but we were not given an option to make that request. Also the walls where the Jacuzzi was torn out were not repaired smoothly but was rough and had a ridge in the middle."
