I had the BEST experience with David and his installation team â Omar and Johnny â when replacing my carpet recently. First impression: David picked up the phone when I called and made time to come to my property the same day for an estimate. He considered my budget and also noticed that I had dogs so he made recommendations on the best carpet and padding for my lifestyle with pets. The whole process was easy and David went out of his way to find me the best deal for my budget. When it came time to do installation, his team showed up early and went right to work and were done the sesame day. The result is absolutely beautiful. (Will post photos soon!) Overall, David and his team deliver a custom approach to outfitting a home with flooring, as opposed to an impersonal â big box storeâ type of experience. If youâ re looking for a company that really cares about quality and treats its customers with respect (not only on budget but the customersâ time) you will be very pleased. I will be using them again as I replace the carpet in my motherâ s house and in my office. I could not be happier with the entire process. I highly recommend!

Gentleman name David came to my house and he measured the area needs to be covered by wood laminate and he gave demonstration of what it eventually really looks like. He started the work at the exact time that he promised by his hardworking. Polite, with great expertise crew. There was fabulous coordination between them. They were fast, but precise. They moved all heavy furniture, washer, dryer and after job was done they placed them in original location.. After they did their job area was clean and no dust anywhere was found. They finished the job with perfection! I am happy with the work they performed and I highly recommend them to you. Family and frient

This company has been great. Very responsive to request for free project quote. Lots of choices in material to match your budget. Easy to schedule project start up. I’ve been so impressed with the on-site project manager who again is highly responsive land professional. The installation crew have been polite and respectful of the property and kept the place very clean considering the replaced more than 1/2 the flooring in the house in about 4 days. Would absolutely recommend them.

They were outstanding! Suggested a different flooring that was more affordable and I love the result!

Every aspect of the process - from scheduling the initial consultation through the actual installation - was done professionally and as promised. David is an awesome sales person (so much experience!) and Keith is a superlative project manager. The installation team worked quickly but thoroughly and very well. Totally love the new floors!

The salesman, David Reichwein was attentive, knowledgeable and had a professional interest in seeing that the job was handled well. His head installer, Giovani Garcia was excellent in attention to detail among being devoted in seeing that the customer was satisfied. Both David and Giovani were more than competent and gave me a sense that all work would be done as needed... indeed it was!

We needed new flooring for 4 rooms and David immediately knew what would look and work best for us at an affordable cost. They were able to schedule immediately and we got the final results today. AMAZING!! Their team was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be more pleased!! Highly recommend them!

Itâ s so refreshing when a company exceeds your expectations. Floor Covering International is that company. We recently moved to Franklin and needed carpet for our media room and 3 bedrooms. We had 3 companies provide quotes and FCI won the job. I would highly recommend them for the following reasons. Rich was professional from the start. Showed up on time, with samples that matched what I had requested. He also provided additional suggestions, which I ended up liking more than the direction I was initially heading. He knows his stuff! Quote was provided the very next day with options and I really liked that it included photos of my carpet selections rather than just a name/serial #. After you have looked at multiple samples and are trying to compare 3 bids this little extra detail simplified the process. The pricing was very competitive. The timing sold me, I had my carpet installed in a week. The installers were top notch professional with years of experience. They even trimmed the bottom of my doors. Rich Ines was wonderful to work with. He brought plenty of samples to my home and I was easy to communicate with throughout the process. Rich is highly knowledgable, extremely friendly, honest, and downright the most pleasant person who will have all of your flooring and tile needs met (master bath floor and shower for us). Having flooring laid can be a pain. Rich and his contractors took the pain out of it!! Rich was more than helpful and he has the best customer service skills.
