"I could not have been more pleased with R&P Outdoor Solutions' price and performance! I am an elderly woman living on social security, and I had never imagined that I could afford to have the two dead trees in my yard cut down. I lived in fear every time bad weather surfaced, worrying about them crashing into my cabin. I received the recommendation from Angi's List, and placed the initial phone call to R&P Outdoor Solutions for an estimate at 4:00 p.m. on May 5th. By 6:00, they were at my cabin and gave me a ridiculously low estimate (these were two *big* black walnut trees). To keep the estimate low, I asked only to have the trees cut down, not removed from the property. Of course, I agreed to their price, and by 7:30 p.m., both trees were down with no damage to my property. Richard and Jeremy continued to work for another hour and a half, cutting those trees into more manageable sizes for my husband and I to deal with. I was blessed with this recommendation. They were here on one of the hottest days of the year and they never stopped. The owner checked all of my trees carefully and planned his work with an eye for symmetry and design. One of the trees was the first tree I ever learned to climb as a kid, and it still holds lots of sentimental value for me. I didn't want to lose a lot of shade, and it turned out so much better than I had hoped. All of the branches over the house were cut and cleared, leaving plenty of shade to cool the house. I love driving home now and seeing my trees as I come down the street, they look beautiful! And clean-up? Life they were never even here! My yard was spotless! "We normally never buy anything or agree to using a service that approaches us by a door to door sales rep, but Jose with Greenway Tree Service had a honest, professional approach and he seemed sincere. We have a lot of trees and they needed to be trimmed. I knew the last tree service I used went out of business. I let Jose look things over and give us a quote, but I wouldn't schedule the work until I researched the company. I found that Greenway had a 5 star rating and nothing but good comments from satisfied customers. We had them do our job and we're very satisfied with the outcome. We had them cut down about 8 trees and grind the stumps, along with trimming our trees and raising the canopies. They worked two full days, and I mean WORKED. Their crew worked nonstop from 7:00 A.M. until dark thirty each day. I think they only took about 30 minutes for lunch. Even the owner Omar worked by grinding the stumps and helping where needed. They did an awesome job and our neighbors complimented how much better our trees look. You will get your money's worth with Greenway Tree Service and you'll be happy with the results."
