The tile and grout were not as clean as I hoped; when I wiped the floor my rag came up black, and there were flecks of dirt and stains clearly visible that easily came off with a rag. My boyfriend says I need to more clearly define my expectations, and it may be true that my expectations were unreasonable for the service I paid for. But I think professionals who specialize in one task should do as good as or a better job than I would... To their credit, they did call to verify my satisfaction, but I had left town right after the service and my 5 day window was up before I looked closely at the floor..."

"Innovative Restorations repaired and remodeled our master bath and it was truly a great experience. We had used another contractor and it was a disaster (all of the previous work had to be completely redone). Dean helped us make a plan to fix single thing and he was so reassuring. Keenan, Whit, and JT did the work of repair and installation and they were respectful, clean, and skilled. Ed came in knew exactly what needed to be done and did it "very fast" - the house looked "spectacular" after Ed was done.
