The tile and grout were not as clean as I hoped; when I wiped the floor my rag came up black, and there were flecks of dirt and stains clearly visible that easily came off with a rag. My boyfriend says I need to more clearly define my expectations, and it may be true that my expectations were unreasonable for the service I paid for. But I think professionals who specialize in one task should do as good as or a better job than I would... To their credit, they did call to verify my satisfaction, but I had left town right after the service and my 5 day window was up before I looked closely at the floor..."

"Innovative Restorations repaired and remodeled our master bath and it was truly a great experience. We had used another contractor and it was a disaster (all of the previous work had to be completely redone). Dean helped us make a plan to fix single thing and he was so reassuring.
