Tankless Water Heater - Install
Tankless water heater was installed well. We agreed upon the installation of a rain shower as well with new handheld spout as well as diverter handle. I wasnt able to be there for the installation because I was at work. Multiple phone calls and texts were had to try and coordinate exactly what was wanted, with sometimes no response. After installation, multiple things were installed off centered and crooked, so they had to come back and fix it. Overall the job was successfully completed, but not the most professional or quality.

Rocky reached out to me by phone shortly after I submitted a request for a quote. Someone from his team fixed the issue that same day. I also used Goldstar Plumbing a few months ago to replace a few faucets. Had a similar experience where Rocky reached out by phone and had his team come out and replace both faucets that same day.

Rocky with Gold Star did what he said he would do and in the time frame that he said he would do it in. We asked him to do one additional thing while he was here, we discussed the price and he did that as well. I will definitely use Gold Star again.
