"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"We called, interviewed and reached out to over 25 builders when starting to plan our ground-up build in Old Mount Pleasant. After meeting with several, Chris and Rusty gave us the best price (and were also the most personable). This is our second build so we knew the ropes but I wasn't prepared for the level of communication, keeping us on task and overall organization from Blue Horizon. They did an excellent job telling us when we were going over budget, reminding me of when things needed to be chosen (we didn't hire any outside help or a designer), and generally keeping the project on time. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"WOW! These guys absolutely SAVED my ceiling. HIGHLY RECOMEND. 10 STARS if I could. 40% of my living room ceiling had to be demoed due to a water leak. VM Drywall came to my house and provided a fair price for the work done, did a great job with the demo, sheetrock, tapping, mudding, sanding and final cleaning. "They repaired the kitchen floor after a serious leak as well as repaired and replaced the subfloor foundational wood beams. We were stuck because we had to have the work done prior to an appraisal of the house in a week. Surprisingly they were able to move quickly and help us out. We were delighted with the professionalism of Chip and his foreman and all the workers! We were happy to share the house with them for a couple days and very pleased with the final work."
