"This is the second time I have used 1st Source for remodeling. First time was to move wall, create a unique entry way, and improve line of sight in the house. The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. New kitchen island created with sink, counter and dishwasher (that required cracking concrete and moving plumbing. All new kitchen cabinets, pantry, counters, backsplash, flooring. The project came out perfect. Achieve what I wanted including maximizing space, cabinets, and again, a uniqueness to distinguish my home from others in the neighborhood. All quality products, new appliances, wonderful sub-contractors, CLEAN, exacting, responsive. This major project also came in on-time and under budget, even when additions/changes were made on the fly. Jon is so easy to work with, and collaborative. "I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

Rusty and Chris are thorough, fair when issues arise (supply chain is a nightmare currently) and do high quality work. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We are thrilled with the quality of Nick's work. He installed two new trapezoidal picture windows in our living room to give us more light. That involved cutting the wall, rerouting electrical lines, replacing the vinyl siding on the exterior, and installing and painting the trim around the windows inside the house. "WOW! These guys absolutely SAVED my ceiling. HIGHLY RECOMEND. 10 STARS if I could. 40% of my living room ceiling had to be demoed due to a water leak. VM Drywall came to my house and provided a fair price for the work done, did a great job with the demo, sheetrock, tapping, mudding, sanding and final cleaning. "They repaired the kitchen floor after a serious leak as well as repaired and replaced the subfloor foundational wood beams. We were stuck because we had to have the work done prior to an appraisal of the house in a week. Surprisingly they were able to move quickly and help us out.
