Carson and his Crew were amazing! Renovations can be a very stressful time but he made it seamless just like his work! Everything he did to our home is beautiful and we can’t wait to hire him for our next project:-) He is a person of his word and shows up on time as promised! We highly recommend him for any of your home projects!

All work was completed as agreed and according to schedule. Carson's skill was reflected in the quality & workmanship of each finished project. He does superb work! Can't say cost didn't matter, but my primary interest was the quality of work...Carson delivered in both areas! There were not any surprises/hidden cost. I strongly recommend Custom Carolina Construction for home improvement projects...you will not be disappointed!

Carson and his crew did an excellent and very thorough job. The work took longer than anticipated, but that was primarily due to the customizations required because of the non-standard way many of the original windows were installed. The new windows look great and we have already noticed that the house seems warmer during this cooler winter weather.

It went real well. His work was very professional and he and all workers were very respectful and polite. A pleasure to work with and definitely would use his services again.

Carson is a wonderful carpenter and very professional. He's careful and exacting in his work, and always kept me informed on the schedule. Once he started the job he worked until it was done which I really appreciate. He also had great ideas and was adaptable to my plans. I highly recommend him for any project.

Carson exceeded our expectations and was very friendly and professional. He was great in staying in communication with us throughout the whole project going over every detail along the way. Which made us feel very comfortable and those are qualities that are hard to find. The project went very smooth it went a little over the timeframe expected but the final product was well worth it. We most definitely would look to Carson If we have any other projects in the future. We felt that we got every bit of our money's worth and more.

Carson was great to deal with from start to finish. I’ve come back to Angies List to leave a review because I found him on this site and wanted to share my experience with you so you can benefit from my high recommendation like I did from the other reviews. I thought his price was very fair (lower than others I got) and not only did he quite the job but he and a helper did the work. This wasn’t a deal where one guy quotes the job and someone else does the work. I give him my highest recommendation.

I am very pleased! The new deck is beautiful, sturdy and secure. I loved Carson’s suggestions and I am glad we took his advice about design. He is talented with much experience. Also, this is a rental property. Carson was mindful to complete work on time so we did not lose any business! Thank you, Carson!

I have remodeled 5 homes and built one. With all my experience with contractors and subcontractors, I have never found one as reliable as Carson. He has helped my family with repairing older beach homes for the last three years. We have hired Carson to do a lot of jobs. He has completed all of them in a timely manner, using salt water resistant materials that will stand the test of time, and the end product demonstrates excellent craftsmanship. He helps us make decisions from 200+ miles away, staying on budget but producing excellent results. We haven't had to stress about overseeing the job as Carson treats our house as his own. We are beyond thankful for him, his team, and his attention to detail. My great grandfather built one of the homes in the 1950's and its withstood many Hurricanes. I'm so thankful that Carson can carry the tradition of excellent craftsmanship to our special place. As for specifics of this job, he built beautiful shiplap in our den, repaired our deck, replaced a rotten support beam with plumbing and electrical running through it, and painted our porch and deck. He did an incredible job.

This is our family’s beach house, built by my grandfather’s hands in the early 1950s. It is VERY dear to us and we will not allow just anyone to work on it. So when we were faced with the large job of replacing the siding, we considered no one but Carson Rembert. He has done work for us previously (numerous jobs) and we knew we could entrust our very special property to him. Carson NEVER lets us down. We are always over awed with the beauty and quality of his work. He has great suggestions and we have learned to follow his advice for an amazing outcome! So glad to have someone talented, experienced, reliable, honest and trustworthy to call upon.

This was an urgent and critical need as a large chunk of the deck and walkway to the beach was taken away by a storm leaving a dangerous drop to the beach. Realizing the urgency due to a now dangerous situation (and renters on the schedule), Carson replaced the deck/walkway with proper marine grade materials and it’s beautiful- better than ever. We were able to keep our renters. For years now, we have called on Carson exclusively as we know we can trust him to do excellent work. This is especially important as we do not live locally and are not able to oversee the work. I am thankful for Carson.

My husband and I met with Carson and explained what kind of deck we wanted built on the back of the house. We wanted a deck to cover an old patio and extend from the french doors in the living room to the back door of the house. He had some great suggestions about the layout of the deck and stairs. The deck turned out great and Carson was great to work with during the four days it took to build the deck.

Carson was extremely responsive which was refreshing since we always have trouble getting contractors to call us back about services. He came out to do a quote quickly and sent the quote when promised. He showed up to do the work as scheduled and provided a very high quality product. All of his communications were very professional. We had a less expensive quote but felt more comfortable that we were getting what we paid for with Carson. We would highly recommend him for your carpentry needs.

Carson did an AMAZING job! Even with the hurricane he managed to finish the deck quickly without sacrificing quality. I got quotes from five different companies. Carson's was the most fair by far. He was also great to brainstorm with and gave me a ton of great ideas. He was incredibly responsive and kept me apprised of his progress the whole time. I will absolutely be using him again.

Perfectly. Custom built spruce load bearing mount over fireplace. Couldn't work it any other way. Took Carson about an hour and I couldn't be happier. Recommend his service without reservation.

Carson, responded to our call very promptly, he came by our house the same day and gave us some options on the repair. The next morning he sent us a text with the price. We asked him to schedule the job and he said he could start the following Monday to set new posts and reattach the fence on Wednesday. He kept us informed throughout the job and was always here when he said. The job was well done. Carson is very professional. We will definitely use him again for any other projects we need done.

Going into it I knew this company had an excellent reputation throughout the Lowcountry. Finally had the honor to have Custom Carolina Construction on board for our latest remodel in West Ashley. Communication was on point. I told Carson what I wanted and he gave me his proffessional input and the high end results were better than I could imagine. Carson and his team did excellent work and provided a great value for the cost. The work was performed while we were in another state and unable to supervise in person, but Carson did a fantastic job communicating and did exactly what he said he would do - on time and on budget.
