They repaired the kitchen floor after a serious leak as well as repaired and replaced the subfloor foundational wood beams. We were stuck because we had to have the work done prior to an appraisal of the house in a week. Surprisingly they were able to move quickly and help us out. We were delighted with the professionalism of Chip and his foreman and all the workers! We were happy to share the house with them for a couple days and very pleased with the final work.

I found Chip and his team to be responsive and do quality work at a reasonable price. They are hands-on and easy to deal with. I had them remodel a bathroom and handle inspection list items from the sale of our home and they handled both equally well.
