Eric and his crew tackled a long-standing drainage problem in the basement of our 1932 Craftsman bungalow. We'd had several estimates and options but They impressed us from the start with their solution to the problem and their professionalism. They were great communicators and kept us apprised of what they were doing every step of the way. Can't recommend them enough.

Rex, gave our estimate and took care with explaining everything to me, he was genuine. Eric managed and worked on the project, he was professional and made my daughters and I feel extremely comfortable and confident. He kept us informed in every part of the job. Freddie was really friendly and helpful as well. They did an amazing job and took great care with our home. I highly recommend hiring falcone.

communication with the staff was pretty lousy. But once work began everything seemed good. My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector.

"Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we did not provide you with a 5-star experience and failed to meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for falling short. We have looked at your file and see that your work was completed in 2016? Nonetheless, your final inspection took place on 8/18/16 and passed. You can call the county permit office and they can provide you with any documentation that you may need. If there is anything we can do to further assist, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you. Leslie"

I contacted the company and they were easy to schedule with, they provided a competitive quote. They charged a fee to come out and do an inspection but they provided me with a written / emailed estimate along with pictures from under the home and a written report of the crawlspace inspection.

We had to hire another structural foundation company to correct our subfloor. The néw company indicated the thin, flimsy, nailed down scrap pieces of plywood needed to be removed that Falcone installed. The néw company installed additional supports and used thick plywood. They used screws to prevent a squeaky floor. It worked! Lowe’s was then able to install our hardwood! At least we now have confidence in our new flooring. We paid $2500 for their service. We feel Falcone owes us $2304 for the subfloor they never provided! We do have our attorney involved. Falcone should not charge for a service they do not know how to provide! Just for your protection check out their reviews with the BBB! We wish we had!!

"We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We have reviewed your file, and see that we were responsive to your complaint. We then performed additional work on your home and the original and second phase passed not only a framing inspection but also county final inspections as well. We are a reputable company who stands by their work. We would have gladly returned if you were still unsatisfied, but you did not advise us till you had already hired another company and weren't left with any recourse. We truly appreciate your feedback and we thank you for giving us the opportunity to be of service."

I have a walkout basement that has trouble in severe rains that floods my basement under the door. We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. Everyone I was in contact with at Falcone was communicative and very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would call on them again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

I will start by saying that the work they did waterproofing our basement looks good, and I am hopeful that it has fixed our problem. We've had a good bit of rain recently, and so far, so good. That, of course, is the most important thing. That said, I chose this company, even though they were on the high range of the quotes I received, because I did not mind paying more for a professional experience and great customer service. I was disappointed with this aspect of the experience. The day they were scheduled to begin they never showed up, and I ended up calling them three times that day. The woman in the office was responsive, but she said that they did not know where they were. The next scheduled appointment was for the morning, and they did not end up coming until 2pm, again without any communication. Both instances were due to car issues, but a phone call to keep me updated would have been appreciated to allow me to better plan my day. When they did start the work the crew leader was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but he offered little information about the job unless I asked. Prior to the work being done, I also had to keep after the sales representative to put their warranty in writing. Twice he promised to email it to me, and only after contacting him a third time did he send it through. If I had not paid so much (over $11,000) I would have given them another star, but at this price point my expectations were high.

"I'm so sorry that we didn't give you a straight-A experience. The warranty information is always on our estimate, invoice, and receipt. I regret that we didn't explain that, because we never want communication to get in the way of providing excellent service. If there's anything more we can do to assist, please kindly let us know how we can help. We appreciate your feedback, and your comments haven't gone unnoticed."

Very/very frustrating experience. Scheduling was all over the place and moved around again and again. Appointments promised and missed. Had me pay upfront which made me feel like I had no alternatives but to keep getting jerked around. Inspection was eventually done and the report was delivered.

It went great. The crew (3 men) were all knowledgeable, professional and personable. They were VERY willing to answer my many questions concerning many aspects of home repair and maintenance. My crew was Johnny (head man), Andre, and Aaron (sorry if I spelled anyone's name wrong). They were good at communicating with regard to estimated arrival time. They were willing to explain and show me the work as it progressed. The materials and equipment they used all looked to be high quality to me. They took pictures for my benefit and use when I go into phase II of this repair (which will be termite treatment, with another company that specializes in that). The work was done in very good time. I needed the crew to not arrive at my house, or even call my house, before a certain time in the morning due to the work I do at home, and that was honored. The guys had to move an empty fuel tank in order to get to the space where they had to work. Not only did they move it and put it back. . . they built a little wood and brick support for the front of the frame of the tank, so the frame and the tank would sit more level on the ground. The soil in that area is quite soft, so giving it support was a very nice detail which I did not even ask for. I found each guy, especially the crew leader, Johnny, to be meticulous in his work. That is just want you want in home repair! Andre's family is in the termite extermination business and he gave me lots of good, free advice about what might be the best way for my particular infestation to be dealt with. These guys worked well together. There was no wasted time and they seemed to be good co-workers, with positive communication between them all through the job. Home repairs are never "fun", but this was about as close to fun as it can get.

I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage.

In August 2018 I purchased a 99 year old house. The kitchen was very drafty and I could feel very cold air coming in from behind the kitchen cabinets and under the dishwasher. I was having issues when it rained with water coming into my crawlspace and flooding my cellar. Since it was such a wet winter and this being my first winter in this house and still learning the issues that existed in a house of this age I just assumed it was due to the ground being satuated from all the rain throughout the winter seeping under the foundation and causing the flooding in my cellar. I had 5 other companies come out to determine what the cause was and give me an estimate of repairs. Popular opinion was to put in a second sump pump and encapsulate the crawlspace for moisture control and jack the floor up. One company even said that I had to rip out my granite counter tops before they could put a 12 foot pier with 3 floor jacks to eleviate the sagging kitchen floor. Others just wanted to jack the floor up. I was two days within gutting my kitchen so the first company could jack the floor up when something told me I needed to get one more opinion. So I went to Angie's List in hopes of finding a company that could find the real cause of my problem. That is where I discovered Falcone Crawlspace and Foundation Repair. Walter came out and crawled up under the house to check it out for me. He surfaced with pictures of a screwdriver he had sunk into the band joist and shared with me that he had discovered that the root of all the evil was due to a rotten band joist supporting the floor in my kitchen causing my floor to sag, crack my sink and making my granite countertops sink. He said that I did not need to jack my floors up, that what he proposed would take care of that once the band was replaced. Out of all the companies I called, Walter was the only one that found the real reason for my troubles. All the other companys were set on doing their "specialty" and did not even discover the real problem. If it had not been for Walter, I would have trusted the other company and in the end nothing would have been resolved but an encapsulated crawlspace and the extra expense of gutting my kitchen and putting it back in. Their way would not have solved my problem at all. When the Mitchell and Andre arrived to do the job they were so polite and professional. They listened carefully to my concerns and assured me that they would do a good job for me. There are no words to describe the miraculous job performed by Mitchell and Andre. These two young men went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the repairs required to fix my sagging kitchen floor and counter tops and replace the band joist and subfloor. They kept me informed, cleaned up after themselves and were very careful in everything they did for me. I am so thankful that I made that "one more call" and found Falcone. I highly, highly, highly recommend this company and the wonderful people who work for them. They were such a blessing to me. Thank you Thank you Thank you, and may God bless you all.

I have never had to have anything like this done before. We are putting new flooring down and over the years the house had settled. We called in a local structural engineer, Bill Wingate, he assessed the project and said he worked well with Falcone. I called them and they came down and confirmed Mr. Wingate's opinion and e-mailed me an estimate. It was very close to what I expected considering the work that was to be done. They scheduled me and I paid them the deposit. They came in (Tom and Dan) and got right to work. They were very kind and answered all of my questions and their politeness was only outdone by their focus on doing an excellent job. They overcame any structural imperfections in the home's original design. When Mr. Wingate came in for a final walk through with Tom and I he said everything was correct and that they had done a great job. You can bet that I will recommend, without hesitation, to my neighbors. Thank you is not enough for Tom and Dan. They put their best foot forward. I am very pleased.

I hired Falcone to correct a number of problems with my home's foundation. The crawl space in not very high so the work isn't easy. Arturo and Jonny did a great job, hard workers and very professional.

Great! The work was done last November and I chose to wait a couple months to see if the fix would last over time. It did! They also had another drainage issue that I was unaware of. Fixed that too at no extra charge. I had 3 estimates. I picked Falcone because their solution made the most sense to me...and they had the lowest cost estimate. Great people to work with. They installed a french drain,a sump pump, and reran gutter downspouts.

Brandon, Arturo and Called went over and above what we expected. We we're living in the house when the repairs were going on. We have 3 dogs and the guys were always making sure the could get outside. I was notified with a time they would be here so we could take care of the animals. They were always professional and willing to explain what was going on that day. They also answered any questions that we had and explained everything they were doing. We we're luckey to get the guys that did the work during a very stressful time.

Once the emergency cleaning and vapor barrier liner were installed, we were encouraged to wait for a few months to let the space really dry out. It was a good thing because the entire southeastern part of North Carolina needed multiple services to get back to normal. Falcone was available for an assessment visit within a month, and was ready to work on our contract within a helpful time frame. They repaired the water damaged joists and replaced the insulation in one very busy day.The called occasionally just to check in,, arrived early for our work day, finished and cleaned. The workers called several times with updates as t hey worked. They took photos of this space that homeowners rarely ever enter. I know what work was done and how it looked on a specific date. Valuable information when your house is in a storm zone. They accepted a mailed check for payment since I was spending insurance money and needed to keep track of its dispersal.
