The original drain had been made of terracotta and had simply aged out in a 90 year old house. He installed a new PVC one in the basement in a very timely manner.
I had out of town guests coming to stay for the weekend and had a clogged drain in the guest bathroom. I called and they were able to come out and fix the clog the same day before my guests arrived. Very happy with the work and very quick turnaround on the scheduling.
