We are a full service plumbing company. Proudly offering Both residential and commercial plumbing. Water Heaters, tank-less water heaters, drain cleaning, faucet repair, toilet repair and replace, Sump pumps, battery/water backup systems, hydronic heating. Drain and water line replacement. Sewer and drain cleaning, camera sewer lines. We also proudly offer video and camera pipe inspections. In addition to these extensive services, we are masters at basement waterproofing, mold remediation, sanitizing and installing dehumidification units.

Basement Waterproofing
Paradigm Home Solutions hit a home run in every respect. Complete waterproofing of a wet 600SF basement with French drains and two new pits with sump pumps. Since then the basement has been completely dry. This was part of a whole house remodel: structural, electric, plumbing, gas, etc. Paradigm stands out as the best contractor we dealt with through this entire project. Bob and Andy answer their phones without fail, their crew showed up on the scheduled days, worked hard (real hard) for 2 days straight in the July heat, and made no shortcuts or excuses. When we had a couple of simple questions a few weeks later Bob picked up the phone immediately. I wish all contractors demonstrated this sort of quality, commitment and communication.

The inspection went very, very well. Bob, an experienced, professional contractor, did the inspection and serviced the pump. He was very thorough. He cleaned the crock, tightened valves, pumped out old water, ran a couple pails of water into the pit to conduct a pump test. Bob filled the pit with water to check how well it was draining and determined that the pump operated smoothly the way it is suppose to. I am relieved and glad that Paradigm offered this $49 deal.

The sewer pipe was cracked where it exited the basement wall. Ross and Andy responded quickly to my call. They reviewed the problem and gave me an estimate (costly, but fair) that they held to. They actually were able to do the work earlier than originally scheduled. They and their crew arrived early and completed the work expertly. Our soil is so clay impacted that they had to use a jackhammer to dig down to expose the sewer pipe. Ross also replaced our kitchen sink drainpipe. It was child's play for him. I give Paradigm Plumbing my highest rating.

Ross answered my request via email promptly. I sent pictures of what I needed and he sent estimates almost immediately. His prices were reasonable and lower than other plumbers. He was on time, professional, neat and efficient. I was very pleased. The next day I realized I had another problem and called him again. My spigot was leaking into my hot water heater and he came out that afternoon and fixed it that day. His service is awesome and I would absolutely recommend him!

I was told I had to buy both faucets and 1 of the sinks (stainless steel), and they were buying 1 smaller ceramic sink. No problem. But when I found out it was going to cost me $1000 for the installation, I was floored!! And that was with a supposed discount. So I cancelled them and hired another plumber.

It went very well. Ross and crew showed up early and did a major repair to all the main bathroom fixtures where a leak was discovered behind the bathtub wall. The work was done in half a day with minimal disruption to the bathroom itself. There was less tearing up than expected and water pressure restoration was a bonus. I would DEFINITELY call this crew again for major plumbing repairs! KUDOS to you and your crew Ross!!

Ron came out the day before to discuss job to be done and to provide an estimate. The next day, Bob arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Hard worker. List Included repair of leak in laundry room included opening of wall. All new fittings Installed and the wall was repaired. Valves and floats exchanged in 2 toilets. Aerators replaced on several faucets. Shower arm replaced in master bath and new shower head installed. Shower/tub combo plumbing repaired. New faucet installed in kitchen. All debris was removed and area was left clean. Cost was very reasonable. Have already recommended to my neighbor. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend to others!! Thank you ?

Called them to have an "emergency" work done. After looking at the problem, the guy explained to me what he needed to do. He was very thorough and seems to know his craft. It felt like I knew exactly what I was signing up for before he even got started...which I really appreciate.
