Highly NOT Recommended! I have used Delaware Plumbing Professionals more than once. The first time, although not inexpensive, the job was done well. The second time, I called them to diagnose a problem with my sump pump. The pump was only one year old and was malfunctioning. I was told that, since they didn’t install the pump, the only option they could offer was to install a brand-new pump, which would cost around $2,000. I said, "Thank you," paid $65 for the visit, and that was it. The pump was later fixed with a simple tweak. Today, I called them for the third time to look at a leaking shower and a leaking garbage disposal. I was informed that to change the leaking gasket at the top of the disposal, they would charge me the price of a full disposal replacement, which is over $450, for less than one hour worth of work (I asked). As for the leaking shower, even though I clearly identified the leaking plunger (a $20 part), I was told they couldn’t address it and could only offer a replacement of the entire shower valve inside the wall, which I assume would be a job costing a few thousand dollars. Wasted another $65 for their useless visit.

Fast response time, all parts were stocked in the van, the workmen were trained, knew what to do, did the work quickly, and cleaned up afterward. The estimate and final cost was higher than expected.

This is a great company to deal with! Anthony arrived exactly on time and took care of our water leak immediately. He then discussed our larger project of replacing our outdated polybutylene plumbing with pex. He explained in detail the whole process and provided a reasonable quote for doing the job. I was very impressed.

They charged me $662.96 for installing a one half horsepower Badger garbage disposal . The retail cost for this garbage disposal is $146 at Lowes and even less on Amazon. They marked the disposal up around 450%. Their local Manager was no help. They scam seniors so don't ever do business with them. Ken Marcus

The technicians were courteous, timely, efficient and clean. They showed up when they were scheduled to be there; did everything they told me they needed to do; let me know what was done and why; and cleaned up when they were finished. I got all the work done in one day and can finally use my washing machine again.
