We first contacted Value Dry, but their hard sell made us feel like we were in a mob movie. It was very unpleasant. We contacted Paradigm and they were friendly, honest, and a joy to work with. We are short on cash due to to the house purchase and wanted to try a sump pump before incurring the expense and destruction of a french drain system. They installed a sump pump with a battery-powered backup pump and connected a gutter downspout to an existing external drainage system. So far so good! If it turns out that the sump pump is not enough, we will happily have Paradigm install a french drain system. We are very happy and comfortable working with them.

"Had gurgling from 2 bathroom sinks. Not knowing if this was a concern, I reached out to Angie's List for quotes from plumbers. The first one to respond was ValDel Plumbing. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. If I had future plumbing needs, I would strongly consider ValDel Plumbing."

Got quotes from other for 150-350~ for clearing the same drain but wouldn’t come out as soon as DE plumbing pros. Seems very overpriced and wouldn’t use again unless I absolutely had to. Their customer service was good and theirs plumbers professional."

"Done Right Today had very reasonable prices, were professional and courteous and got the job done quickly. We had a clogged kitchen drain that we tried everything to get unclogged but had no luck. We hired Done Right Today and they actually called and said they could be there earlier than the quoted time which was great.
