"Hello [Member Name Removed], I never received a call from you? If you did call me and I did not pick up why didn't you leave a message? I am in the process of working with my website guy because a lot of responses are filtering into mailer deamon in my spam box. The mailer deamon does not open up. I am constantly getting fraudulent messages because there are so many hackers out there. I have to get my computer fixed at least one time every two months and the computer tech is always installing some type of security software. I also notice you you typed this memo into Angies List on 9/18/17. I received this review today 9/19/17. Truthfully I think an F is a little harsh, especially being that you never left a voicemail message. Yes Down Under Waterproofing is in business. Regards, Walter Gural"
"I never even saw this person. When I spoke to this particular person he told me how he wants me to fix it. He has no idea how it has to be fixed and I informed him in through correspondence the proper way. He was not listening or paying attention to anything I told him verbally or in print. There is no quick fix on these matters. If he is not going to listen to me before I see him why would I give him the time, usually about 3-4 hours (this is the on- average the time over all an appointment will take between getting there and going over any scope of work). I will not jeopardize my reputation over someone who thinks they have the cure but they never did this type of work before. It is amazing how everyone is happy with Down Under Waterproofing's service but this particular person who never became [Member Name Removed] customer in the first place. Every red flag pointed to me from his direction that he could be [Member Name Removed] potential problem. Well, here we have it, he is my only negative review. I have over [Member Name Removed] 1000 jobs under my belt and we never had [Member Name Removed] problem. Whomever reads these reviews please read all the rest of my reviews and note that I never did see this person."
