Even the plumber who was called upon to help with the hard flooring installation in the bathroom went above and beyond what was expected and asked of him. And the proof is in the pudding. They are very professional and always arrived on time for the job. Marc and Derek were also wonderfully personable and friendly. They listened to my concerns and even made suggestions as to how we could do things better. I was also home alone with them multiple times and felt incredibly safe and comfortable. They also were wonderfully non-judgmental and flexible when it came to our special home. My husband and I are both veterinarians and we rescue many special needs animals.
