They did a great job. They were very professional and prompt getting back to me about any questions I had. Even though all the rain we had this spring extended the project they took their time to make sure everything was done right. I get compliments all the time on the great job.

Chris and Cal are fantastic and i cannot recommend them enough. In the past 9 years through multiple projects, they have basically gutted and rebuilt our house from the inside out - load baring walls, kitchens, bathrooms, exterior decks and roofs - everything. The quality of work is top-notch. I have recommended them to neighbors and family and all have similar experiences. They are hard working, honest, punctual and just all around good guys. Not that i am searching for another project - but when the next one pops up - there is no one else i would consider.

The owners (Chris and Cal) did an excellent job on our remodeled project. They were personally involved with the project and worked directly with us during the entire planning and implementation of the work. They were true craftsmen. We wanted a contractor who could do the entire project and C&C fit the bill. They performed the drywall, flooring, windows, painting, electrical, and structural part of the job. We would highly recommend them .

I originally had C & C completed a roof replacement and siding with soffit replacement. Calvin & Chris were great to work with. They communicated clearly when they would be able to start our project, arrived on time, was very respectful of our home, answered any questions, explained what to expect for the current day and the following day prior to leaving for the evening. I used them again when I needed my bathroom remodeled and would use them again and again should I need a home improvement project. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism.

They did a horrible job. This was on a three story building. They showed up around 930-10 every day. Were gone around 2-3 everyday. The big issue was they had to rent a big lift. I don't know, I don't know if they thought they thought they had it for a plenty of time and just dallied and then at the end, they got crunched. They needed another lift, they wanted us to pay for it. We said no, you did not do the job. In March of this year, a storm blows two pieces of fascia off. On reviewing the fascia, I had my insurance send out two engineers. The nails were over 30 inches apart. Two nails at best was 30 inches. The soffit and fascia are very heavy duty almost 12 inches high. It is a big piece of fascia. They were supposed to make sure that anything that they nailed was solid which did not get done. When the fascia got blown off, you could see big holes behind it. Because of that nailing which is ridiculous to only do two nails every 30 inches on a big piece of fascia like that. So all the fascia around my building is poorly installed. Which I have to take care of. They said they would fix it but I would have to pay for the lift. The value of them fixing it is a couple hundred dollars, the cost of the lift is a couple of thousand dollars. They said they nailed it like that because you don't want to see the nails on fascia. The fascia is 80 feet in the air. So nobody would see any nails. They eventually respond. 

They needed a different lift. They needed a bigger one to finish one of the corners of the building. Because they took so long to to do the work. They should have had some lift time left. They rented it for a month. They got to the end of the month and then had to return it. Then they needed to do a bigger lift and that is what they wanted us to pay for.  There were also going to do some other work for us which they could not do because they lost the use of the lift. We had more work for them to do. They were going to wash the building, maybe fix the gutters but because they ran out of time because they did not show up, they could not do that. I wanted to be clear that they needed a different lift, a bigger lift to finish that corner.
