My experience with Moleneaux was poor. My quote was outrageously high for the size of my project — and then they completely ignored my follow-ups. . They missed out on two potential customers by refusing to communicate or work with us and came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and quite honestly condescending. I also felt I was treated as if I didn’t understand the renovation process simply because I’m a woman. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

got a kitchen upgrade, carpeting and flooring in the kitchen and upgrade. The flooring and carpeting installation was very good and the kitchen upgrade was satisfactory. I noticed some areas that the paint was flawed and a runner for one of the kitchen drawers fell off and needs replaced. I stopped a the store in Plum in November of 2024 and the representative took my name to schedule an appointment. I heard nothing and approximately may of 2025 went back to the store and spoke with someone that said they were the warranty person. I told her the situation and she said she would set up an appointment. I got an email asking to send picture which was ridiculous and heard nothing else. I went to the store about 2 weeks ago and the person I spoke with said she is the sales manager and would take care of it right away. Obviously I have heard nothing since then. The repairs I am requesting are relatively simple. I spent approximately $30,000.00 and would have hoped for some better service. People come into my home and n/otice the door crooked

Renee and Dan were fantastic whe they came to measure our rooms and tlak through our project. They explained every detail of what the project would entail and how their installers would operate. They explained the financing options clearly. Plus, they were easy to talk to and funny. I would highly recommend their company and them specifically!

I started this job because I had used Molyneaux before with terrific results. Malik Vincent was my Molyneaux consultant this time. He was a great help and I felt he exceeded my expectations. He helped me understand my choices and look pass the inability of Vangura’s (counter) customer service. Unfortunately, Molyneaux’s customer service is not mirrored in their partner Vangura (Kitchen refresh) The floor installation and later a small adjustment was taken care of and my floors look fantastic. Molyneaux gives you quality products, expect to pay a little more but it is worth it for the service and installation. As far as the counter, the Vangura initial measuring/consultation made me uncomfortable and the cost seemed steep. Product is beautiful but there was some miscommunication of the size of the backsplash which caused a lot of problems both financially and time for me later after installation. I even had to contact Vangura about a question by phone after installation and was dismissed. The installers were fantastic, worked very hard to fit my counter and it has made a huge difference. Vangura “might” have the best counters ever, but the costumer service needs to reflect the product.

Molyneaux Tile-Carpet-Wood Recently had carpet installed in my not be happier. Steve Porter did a wonderful job from start to finish. He is knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process simple. We are enjoying our new living space. I would highly recommend Steve and Molyneaux for all you flooring!

This is the 2nd job in under a month from Molyneaux....again, we had sales rep, Maggie, a wonderful, professional woman....we had installed LVF for our kitchen by Dane and George....looks beautiful and so well pleased...both guys were courteous and professional...install was beautiful...they laid a sample down for us to see the looks before proceeding...we so appreciated that...we are again pleased and very satisfied with Molyneaux's work....you cant go wrong with talking to this great company about your projects!

We were in a pinch with time to get carpet installed in our new home before our scheduled move-in date, due to a falling out with a previous contractor. Stephanie saved the day. She went above and beyond after listening to our concerns to get us carpeting installed the SAME WEEK! We also paid less than we were anticipating! She understood us, listened, and she made it happen. I can't say enough about her high level of customer service and attention. The installer was very friendly and efficient. We are pleased to provide an outstanding review for our flooring experience with Molyneaux tile, carpet and wood. We had a little trepidation in opening our home in the context of the pandemic but from the very beginning, with the initial meeting with our Design consultant, Malik Vincent (located at Molyneaux Rte. 286- Holiday Park) we knew we were working with an extremely professional organization. Malik guided us in making the best decisions for our first and second floors in our homes given our lifestyle and needs. And masks and social distancing were always observed. The hard flooring and carpeting teams were also highly efficient, respectful and hard working. Molyneaux has employed individuals who are gifted in their respective areas and the results are beautiful. Even the plumber who was called upon to help with the hard flooring installation in the bathroom went above and beyond what was expected and asked of him. And the proof is in the pudding. Both my husband and myself, but perhaps, most importantly, our teenage boys, are all extremely pleased with the finished products. Molyneaux receives our highest recommendations and would use them again with no hesitation whatsoever!!!
