They listened to my concerns and even made suggestions as to how we could do things better. I was also home alone with them multiple times and felt incredibly safe and comfortable. They also were wonderfully non-judgmental and flexible when it came to our special home. My husband and I are both veterinarians and we rescue many special needs animals.
