"After 2+ years of researching, getting quotes and attempting an in-house repair (which we found was way beyond our capability) we were blessed with A Plus Concrete & Foundation Repair. "Firstly, this review is two years after the fact because both spouses thought that the other spouse had posted a review! (I know!...our apologies!) More importantly, this is a first-rate company with high standards for both their work and their employees!! We will definitely return to this company for any future work we require. Workers were always punctual, good-natured, and respectful of our property. The project was a tear-off of a porch tar roof and replace with metal roofing. Also, the second-floor surrounding wood shakes were replaced with siding that resembled wood shakes. Rotted wood soffit was replaced, painted and matched to existing soffit. A spotlight was replaced in that same area. The leaking roof had brought down plaster inside the house; the ceiling was patched and painted to match the existing ceiling. Two years later and the work looks great with no problems. Again, will definitely return to this company in future."

"Dan DePriest came to give an estimate for powerwashing the deck floor and applying a clear sealer. He came on the same day that we called him. He was available to do the powerwashing that day, too, so we agreed to have him start right away. He did an excellent job washing the deck that had stains and winter dirt and green mold. He even washed the deck railing and the barbecue cover. He moved everything off  the deck in order to do the work. After allowing the deck to dry out, he returned three days later to replace the one board and to apply the clear seal to the deck floor. He used a long-handled paint pad to apply the sealer and took his time to cover the deck well. It has never looked better.
