I used Home Genius Exteriors for a new roof, insulation, gutters, and fascia which was a big project for me to undergo. I wish I could say that the job went without complications, it did not. A roofer stepped through the ceiling causing a hole which I was not happy about. But accidents happen and Hunter the project manager made sure that all was made right in the end and my house looks great!

I couldn’t be happier with my Siding gutters downspouts, and complete home construction job done by Home genius exteriors. They were extremely efficient, clean, well knowledged, and did a great job! My whole job was done in two weeks And I have a large house. Brian and Ron did great with the inspection and starting the process. Nick, the project manager, kept in constant contact to make sure everything was running smoothly and if I had any questions or problems. Roberto and Freddy, the crew for the siding, were hard workers and extremely clean. They cleaned up the area every day.

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Installation or Complete Replacement
We needed to have the siding on one side of our home replaced because of heat damage. Home Genius gave us estimates on various materials, and advice on what type of siding we needed to avoid the problem in the future. Color matching was very important since we only needed replacement one side of the house, and the new siding matches very well. The two men who installed the siding were both friendly and professional. They did a great job. The Project Manager came when the job was finished to make certain we were happy with the work. We would definitely call Home Genius for any future needs.
