The end result was really good and the installers were very professional, even working very late to finish the job. That said, Corporate is over communicative, which is a good thing. But they are not in sync with the local contractor. The salesperson was very urgent and then disappeared. Her communication was inconsistent. The quote assumed that the subfloor was properly prepared without identifying or mitigating the assumption, resulting in another $700 cost. It was justified, but I would have prepared differently and perhaps sought out additional estimates.

They would not give a price per square footage - could not give a clear explanation about pricing. They were timely with showing up to meet me to show product samples. However, getting out of the contract after I realized how ridiculously high the price was cost even more money; they are very sly about how to cancel the contract and it is not easy.

The installers were very hard workers and I greatly appreciate what they did. Everything looks great for the most part. They could've cleaned up the wood chips in the basement where they were cutting the floor boards. There was a shop vac right where they were working. I'm going down today to clean it up. They did sweep in the areas where the floor was installed. The wrong corner rounds were ordered, but they found some of the right ones and installed them. They have to rtn next wk to install the rest. (Some of the transition pieces weren't exactly in the right place.)

The very worst company I have ever been associated with. The intake rep., was pleasant and seemed to promise that all of our expectations would be met, that is until the actual installation and product was scheduled to be done, then it became evident that they presented a big lie. The product was not what was ordered and some was not even delivered. When we complained about the situation we were rebuffed in a very unprofessional manner. We cancelled our order and still are waiting for a refund of our initial downpayment nearly a month and a half later. Never, Never do business with this organization ever!!!

The company is the worst. They take my money, call to say when they will be at the house, and never show. I called several times and they never answer my calls nor do they return my messages. No one should ever use this company. Now, I have to fight to get my money back. They did not even call with a reason for not showing up!

They did not install based on our agreed-upon terms. The installers were unprofessional and rude to me. It has been a few weeks and the issue is still not resolved.
