The hard flooring and carpeting teams were also highly efficient, respectful and hard working. Even the plumber who was called upon to help with the hard flooring installation in the bathroom went above and beyond what was expected and asked of him. And the proof is in the pudding. "They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."
