We had made arrangements for a neighbor to take the wood, so the crew chipped the trimmed branches. They did a good cleanup job. We were very pleased with their work."

"They did all the right things. They removed all the problem trees. The other thing they did that was very helpful was we saved some of the trees for firewood. So they cut it up into rounds so that I can split it and use it for firewood. The other thing about them that you should know is they're wonderful. They have free shavings for their customers. So if you're a customer of theirs and you need wood that's been chipped in their chipper, you can go by their office with your trailer and they will give you free chipping, free chips. They're just nice people, except for that one guy on that one occasion. They responded to that. They came out and apologized. They responded."

"Panta reached out to me after I did a search on Angie's list for an arborist to come and take down a couple of trees, clean up a poorly maintained magnolia tree and bring up the canopy of a large fir. Panta was incredibly kind, knowledge, and personable. Panta and Santos did a spectacular job cleaning up the trees on our property at a competitive price. They also we're very nice to my toddler and little dog. I would highly recommend their services!"

"Douglas came out and gave me an estimate and said he would do the work the next day. Unfortunately, it rained. He left me a message a couple of days later telling me that 2 men were on the way and they arrived a short while later. Thank you, Douglas! I believe their names were Ralph and Francisco. They were very nice and very professional. They had to use pick axes and shovels but they got out every bit of the stumps and roots of large shrubs that had been in place for 20 years! The put in some nice new soil. Then Francisco carried a very heavy plant and planter from the back yard to the front on his shoulder! Pretty amazing! They dug a nice large hole for the pittosporum and were very careful to plant it so that it looked just right. They cleaned everything up and it looked wonderful! Then they pruned several severely overgrown mugo pines. I was very concerned about doing this because I was afraid they'd end up looking sparse afterwards. These guys really know what they're doing. The shrubs look fantastic! I couldn't believe they could look that nice! And, of course, they cleaned up everything afterwards. There was not a leaf or any dirt left anywhere. I was very impressed, and I'm a pretty critical person. I have their card and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any kind of landscaping service. Highly recommended!

"Angi found and set me up with the best tree service I've ever dealt with. I'm a senior and I'm on disability and a gentleman by the name of Rafael who owns and operates Willamette Valley Tree Service & More came to my aid right off. I had dangerous trees looming over my home and his crew did the best job taken down these heavy oak trees. His crew worked non stop and very professionally as they climbed and cut my trees down piece by piece and they were all very pleasant and hard working men. The crew stacked the cut wood, cleaned and raked up all the debris and their chipper left me two nice piles of wood chips to be used as mulch and ground cover in my garden. The crew was prompt and courteous and they were very friendly people to do business with and I will be retaining their services again. I'd recommend Rafael and his crew and business to everyone who needs trees pruned, cut back or completely down. The cutter and his guide dropped each section of tree exactly where he wanted it"
